Liebes Deutschland,

soweit ist es nun gekommen. Einst, vor 60 Jahren, gab es mutige Frauen, die unser schönes Land Stein auf Stein wieder aufbauten. Sie hatten eine Idee: „Nie wieder deutsche Politik, die zu Krieg führt!“ und sie warteten noch auf ihre Männer, die zurückkommen sollten. Viele kamen nicht.

Der Anfang war vielversprechend, eine Gesellschaft aufzubauen, die frei von Zwang, Unterdrückung und Kriegshetze ist. Er wollte den Bürger in den Mittelpunkt stellen. Sie setzten sich zusammen und erschufen das Grundgesetz, das eigentlich eine gute und demokratische Verfassung darstellen sollte.

Von da an jedoch begann deine Schande, liebes Deutschland, denn du hattest vergessen, das der Bürger im Mittelpunkt stehen sollte. Statt dessen erlaubtest du Parteien, die sich an die Vorkriegszeit anlehnten. Sie sollten dann, und nur sie, den Bürger vertreten. Verkauft haben sie diese Mogelpackung z.B. mit dem Ahlener Programm (CDU), das mit folgendem Wortlaut beginnt:

„Das kapitalistische Wirtschaftssystem ist den staatlichen und sozialen Lebensinteressen des deutschen Volkes nicht gerecht geworden. (…) Inhalt und Ziel (einer) sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Neuordnung kann nicht mehr das kapitalistische Gewinn- und Machtstreben, sondern nur das Wohlergehen unseres Volkes sein. Durch eine gemeinschaftliche Ordnung soll das deutsche Volk eine Wirtschafts- und Sozialverfassung erhalten, die dem Recht und der Würde des Menschen entspricht, dem geistigen und materiellen Aufbau unseres Volkes dient und den inneren und äußeren Frieden sichert.“

Deine Bürger haben dir das abgenommen, obwohl sie auch andere Interessensgruppen, als politische Parteien, im Parlament haben wollten. Das hast du aber mit der 5 % Hürde verhindert. Und das Grundgesetz als Verfassung anzuerkennen, hast du auch verhindert, weil du meintest, soetwas müsse für ganz Deutschland gelten und Deutschland ist geteilt. Du wolltest es aber nachholen, wenn Deutschland wieder vereinigt ist. (Einschließlich einer 2/3 Mehrheit einer Volksabstimmung)

Du hast dem deutschen Bürger auch seine Grundrechte verweigert, Bürger qua Gesetz zu sein. Du nanntest den Bürger „Staatsangehörige“, statt „Staatsbürger“.

Dann bist du ganz von „innerem und äußerem Frieden“ abgewichen und gründetest dann eine Kriegsmaschine namens Bundeswehr und bist der NATO beigetreten.

Du wolltest eine soziale und wirtschaftliche Neuordnung, ohne kapitalistisches Gewinn- und Machtstreben, hast jedoch weiterhin den Zins zugelassen (un-christlich !), der dazu führte, das Banken und Versicherungen sich neu orientieren konnten. Entschuldigt hast du das von je her mit dem Argument, Arbeitsplätze zu schaffen und der (unwissende) Bürger hat dir leider vertraut, weil er nach dem Krieg wieder Geld in der Tasche hatte und das war dein Trick.

Von da ab galt für dich nur noch das Argument, nur Wirtschaftswachstum fördere Arbeitsplätze und schaffe Vollbeschäftigung. Nicht der Bürger, sondern Neoliberalismus nach Friedman, Euken und von Hayek wurde zu deine Politik.

Weiter hast du es versäumt, deine Altlast zu entsorgen und deine Vergangenheit aufzuarbeiten. Stattdessen hast du alte Nazigrößen in Amt und Würden belassen, die weiterhin in Politik und Recht sprachen.

Mit der Gründung und dem Beitritt in die EWG 1957 hast du dann die Bürgerinteressen völlig vernachlässigt, weil hier rein ökonomische Gesichtspunkte im Mittelpunkt standen, auf die der Bürger keinen Anspruch mehr hatte, mitzuentscheiden. Später dann gabst du durch den Lissabon-Vertrag fast alle deine eigenen Rechte ab, denn fast kein deutscher Abgeordneter hat ihn komplett studiert/verstanden und trotzdem für ihn gestimmt.

Du hörtest nur wenig auf die 68er Generation, die damals viele dieser Dinge bereits angeprangert haben. Stattdessen schufst du die Notstandsgesetze, um ja das Volk in die Schranken weisen zu können, damit du deine verfehlte und egoistische Politik weiter verfolgen konntest. Denn du hattest damals wirklich Angst vor dem Volk. Du hast ein Beispiel in Frankreich gesehen, als der Generalstreik ausgerufen wurde. Davor hattest du auch in Deutschland Angst.

Als dann das zweite Deutschland (DDR) kaputt war, hattest du eine weitere Chance gehabt, vernünftige Dinge von dort zu übernehmen. Stattdessen betrogst du jene, die von der DDR-Regierung enteignet wurden und ihr Eigentum verloren, was du dann einfach in deinen Säckel stecktest und den ehemaligen Eigentümern keine Entschädigung zahltest. Hierunter waren viele mittelständische Unternehmen, die erneut Arbeitsplätze hätten schaffen können.

Die Kosten der Vereinigung hast du auch absolut ungerecht auf die übertragen, die in Arbeit stehen, tagein, tagaus. Ihnen wurde von ihrem Gehalt ein sogenannter „Soli“ abgezogen. Hättest du für alle Deutschen hierfür eine Steuer erhoben, wäre es viel gerechter gewesen, weil die Kosten auf alle Bürger übertragen worden wären. Und jeder einzelne hätten viel weniger bezahlen müssen.

Deine Politik führte dazu, die Reichen immer reicher und die Kleinverdiener immer ärmer werden zu lassen. Deine Sozialdemokraten (wer hat uns verraten, ...?) legten ihre Agenda 2010 auf und gossen sie in Gesetze. NWO-Politik ! Du belügst den Bürger, weil du Arbeitslosen-Statistiken schön schreibst. Du beklaust den Bürger und gibst das Geld den Banken, die darauf hin ihr Einkommen erhöhen, jedoch weiterhin darauf verzichten, dem Mittelstand Kredite zu gewähren, weil sie ihr Geld „besser“ und in gleicher Weise, wie vor der Finanzkrise, anlegen können. Und weil du nicht gegen die Macht der Banken kämpfen kannst, überlegst du dir heute, nachdem du bereits sehr viel Geld dort reingesteckt hast, den Unternehmungen in Deutschland mit sogenannten Kreditabsicherungen unter die Arme zu greifen, wenn das schief geht, auf Kosten der Steuerzahler. Ein Job, den die Banken sonst übernehmen. Wie verrucht bist du eigentlich ?

Du unterstütztest die Gleichschaltung der Medien, damit kaum noch kritisch über dich berichtet werden konnte. Kritische Journalisten verloren ihre Jobs. Wovor du wieder Angst hast, ist das Internet. Dort besteht ein Raum, der für dich sehr schwer zugänglich und zu reglementieren ist, obwohl du es versuchst.

Du bist heute der drittgrößte Waffenexporteur der Welt nach USA und Russland. Du belieferst Israel fast kostenlos mit U-Booten, die Atomwaffen abschießen können, obwohl du weisst, das der Nahe Osten ein Krisengebiet ist. Allein von 1999 bis 2005 lieferte die Bundesrepublik Waffen im Wert von mehr als einer Milliarde Dollar nach Israel.

Das aller schlimmste, liebes Deutschland, ist das, was die Frauen damals vor 60 Jahren wirklich nicht mehr wollten, ist, das du wieder Krieg führst, zuerst im Balkan und jetzt in Afghanistan.

Und das unverzeihlichste für deutsche Intelligenz ist, dass das auf Grund einer amerikanischen Politik von sogenannten „Neocons“ entstanden ist, die besagt, das islamistische Terroristen 9/11 ausgelöst haben, die von ihnen selbst ausgebildet (CIA) wurden und wir deshalb Deutschlands Sicherheit in Afghanistan schützen müssen.

Das du, Deutschland, dich auch noch an dem Programm der NWO beteiligst, 80 – 90% der Menschheit durch Massenimpfung auszulöschen, haben die Nazis nicht mal geschafft.

Deutsche Bürger, aufwachen und reagieren. Neue bürgernahe Projekte fördern. Parteien ablösen.

Leserbrief in der The Washington Post

Liebes Amerika,
soweit ist es nun gekommen. Deine einst große Nation wurde vom Wahnsinn heimgesucht, die Massen, die unter Verleugnung leiden, jagen Millionen außerhalb deiner Grenzen Schauer über den Rücken. Eure Nation ist krank. Aber die meisten von euch machen weiter, als ob nichts geschehen sei.
Dunkle, üble Machenschaften wuchern in den geheimen Winkeln eurer Regierungsinstitutionen. Eine illegal errichtete Regierung führt überall auf der Erde Kriege nach eigenem Gutdünken, diskutiert Möglichkeiten für Nukleareinsätze, die zu Pointen des fröhlichen Geplauders beim Mittagessen werden. Eure Militär- und Geheimdienstbehörden bedienen sich rund um den Erdball terroristischer Taktiken und bestehen gleichzeitig darauf, solche Taktiken seien nötig, um gegen den Terrorismus zu kämpfen.

Du bist eine Nation von Monstern geworden, Amerika. Heuchler. Mörder. Dummköpfe.

Eure Verfassung ist dank nationaler Sicherheitsmassnahmen ein heilloses Durcheinander, ein Resultat aus möglicherweise U.S.-Regierungs-gesponserten Terroristen-Attacken in New York City und Washington D.C., verdeckte Provokationen, um eine böswillige, vergiftete, auf Öl beruhende Militärwirtschaft zu rechtfertigen.

Kümmer' dich bloß nicht darum, dass es bereits umweltfreundliche Technologien gibt, die die Abhängigkeit von Öl-, Kohle- und Kernenergie, von Einrichtungen und Konzernen, die nicht kontrollierbar sind, ein für alle Mal beenden könnten. Du würdest dich lieber dumm und dämlich zahlen für deine unsichere Bequemlichkeit, nicht wahr Amerika?, und andere mit ihrem Blut zahlen lassen.
Gleichzeitig stehst du bereit als Israels weltliche Zionisten - die du mit Waffen und Geld versorgst - die ungezählte Unschuldige in der West Bank abschlachten und dann die Palästinenser beschuldigen, dass sie ihnen Terrorismus bringen. Es ist wahr, es gibt schreckliche arabische Selbstmordbomber mitten in Israel. Aber werden sie nicht zu dem Wahnsinn und der Verzweiflung getrieben durch eure teuflische Unterstützung internationaler Terrorismus-Politik?

Während ich diese Worte niederschreibe, unterstützt du eine Nation, die von einem überführten Mörder angeführt wird, der ungestraft Kriegsverbrechen verübt, die so grausam und so furchtbar sind wie die irgendeines sadistischen Tyrannen in der Geschichte. Und du sagst - mit unsäglichem Zynismus -, wann endlich werden die Palästinenser diesen Krieg beenden?
Du führst auch an anderen Fronten rücksichtslose Kriege. Dein Drogenkrieg zuhause ist eine verheerende 30 Jahre andauernde Torheit - ein gigantischer Schwindel zum Vorteil tödlicher Kartelle, korrupter Politiker und bedrohlicher Geheimdienste rund um den Erdball.

In der Zwischenzeit sprühen militärische Tankflugzeuge ohne Einwilligung euerer Bevölkerung Massen von unbekannten Chemikalien in den Himmel über euren Städten und die meisten von euch haben nicht einmal die nötigen Mittel, um hoch zu schauen. Diejenigen, die es tun und ihren Unmut äußern, bekommen nur ein betäubendes Schweigen von euerm Kongress und von den aus Steuern finanzierten Gesundheitsbehörden zu hören. Manche Amerikaner haben auch eine blühende Phantasie, stimmt's? Behandelt sie am besten mit rezeptpflichtigen Pillen, die den Verstand lähmen und versucht, nicht an die Tausenden von Nebenwirkungen zu denken.

In der Tat, jene, die eure Regierung einsetzt, um über eure Sicherheit zu wachen, lachen euch ins Gesicht. Mit der Unterstützung eurer Regierung kaufen miese Multis wie Monsanto die Trinkwasserversorgung der Welt auf und nehmen die Vegetation der Welt mit einer Frankenstein-Technologie in Besitz, von der bereits bekannt ist, dass sie Krankheiten verursacht.
Kümmert sich die FDA darum? Zur Hölle nein. Es stand schon lange fest, den Versuchskaninchen des Landes genetisch veränderte Nahrungsmittel unterzujubeln - einschließlich jedem Mann, jeder Frau, jedem Kind auf Amerikas zunehmend vergiftetem Boden.

Ihr seid eine Nation von Trotteln, Amerika, ihr werdet ausgeblutet von euerm hart verdienten Geld durch skandalöse Tricks der Banken, Wall Street Räubereien und getürkten Eingriffen in den Etat der Regierung. Euer Pentagon kann den Verlust von Billionen von Dollars nicht nachweisen. Stört euch das? Nicht im Geringsten.

Eure gesamte Wirtschaft wird von etwas kontrolliert, was zum größten Teil gewaltige, internationale Bankinteressen in der Art der Federal Reserve sind, die euch mit Einwilligung euerer Regierung den Weg hinunter in untilgbare Schulden und den sicheren finanziellen Ruin führen.

Lohnt es sich darüber nachzudenken? Wann geht das Fußballspiel an?
Genau dieselben Geldleute sind es, die durch nicht überwachte und nicht repräsentative Weltkomitees Länder wie Argentinien in hoffnungslose Schulden und sozialen Aufruhr treiben. Diese gierigen Oberbonzen schaffen Konflikte und Leiden in einer Nation nach der anderen in einem Ausmaß und einer Tragik, die nicht in Worte zu fassen ist. Schau bloß mal nach Afrika.
Jetzt haben sie ihre Standorte auch in Amerika, zerbrechen die wirtschaftliche Stabilität durch so genannte Freihandelsinitiativen und Provisionen für besondere Gefälligkeiten und dem endlosen Fluss von Cash in monströse Korporationen wie Enron.

Eure Repräsentanten im Kongress sind zum größten Teil Schweine, die sich um die Tröge der Korporationen scharen. Euer Präsident ist ein Schleimer und ein Schläger, ein Heuchler, der in seinen Taten Krieg, Unterdrückung und Gier zelebriert, während er gleichzeitig sogar Lippenbekenntnisse für Frieden, Freiheit und Gerechtigkeit abliefert.

George W. Bush legt euch täglich herein, dieser Feigling, der sich hinter einem verlogenen Patriotismus versteckt. Er ist ein Enron-Kumpel, ein verwöhntes Kind, das das Blaue vom Himmel herunterlügt über seine vergangenen und gegenwärtigen Taten. Macht er sich Sorgen um dich, Amerika? Kaum. Außerhalb eurer Grenzen ist das allen völlig klar, die die Welt um sich herum politisch bewusst und aufmerksam betrachten.

Du hast dich auch niemals für die unwürdigen Praktiken von Georges rücksichtlosem Vater interessiert, ein Bin-Laden Mitstreiter und Freund von Kriminellen und Mördern in globalen Drogen-, Öl- und Terrorismus-Unternehmen. Iran. Vietnam. El Salvador. Chile. Guatemala. Irak. Und so weiter, und so weiter. Eine endlose Rabaukenstory von Blut, Waffen, Drogen und Geld.
Ist irgendwas davon von Bedeutung? Nicht wirklich. Geh und stopf dir deinen zehnmilliardsten Burger rein, Amerika. Mästet eure bereits fetten Ärsche mit Bakterien-und-Hormonen verseuchtem Fleisch und rührt euch nicht, wenn ihr dumpf vor euren verblödenden Glotzen hockt und die nächste Episode trauriger Familien, die gedemütigt werden, anseht.

Wenige unter euch sind überhaupt daran interessiert, dass keine wirkliche Untersuchung über den 11.9. stattgefunden hat, dass keine ernsthafte Untersuchung über die Anthrax-Angriffe vorankommt, dass keine echte Untersuchung über Enron oder dem Mord an einem ihrer Topmanager in Arbeit ist.

Wie viele von euch haben sich auch nur einen Deut um die totalitären Maßnahmen gekümmert, die eure Regierung unternimmt, um ihre geheimen Versammlungen, schmuddligen Akten und verräterischen Taten vor euren Augen zu verbergen? Ihr schaut weg, wenn sich eure eigenen ehrlichen Bürger gegen jene in eurer Nation erheben, die unschuldige Kinder in Wako vergasten, Beweise über das TWA 800 Luftunglück verbargen und mit ausländischen Terroristen in Oklahoma City kungelten.

Wann hast du aufgehört aufzupassen, Amerika?
War es, nachdem euer eigener CIA und das FBI den Mord an Präsident John. F. Kennedy eingefädelt hatte? Oder ist das bloß die totale Verrücktheit der Verschwörungsspinnerei? Was sagt euch euer Bauch, Amerika? Fehlt da nicht ein bisschen was? Vergiss es. Nimm ein paar Pepto-Bismal.

Heute geht deine eigene Regierung nutzlos gegen sich selber vor Gericht wegen Informationen, zu denen du per Gesetz berechtigt bist. Aber das wird kaum als lebenswichtige Neuigkeit betrachtet in der Gemeinde. Es ist ein flüchtiger Hinweis im elektronischen Meer bedeutungslosen Geplänkels. Zum Beweis sieh nur auf all die rückgratlosen Huren, die eure Mainstream-Nachrichtenmedien bilden.

Heute überschüttet ihr die tapferen und ehrlichen unter euch mit vernichtender Kritik, macht sie lächerlich und ächtet sie. Eure am besten recherchierenden Journalisten werden aus ihren Jobs gefeuert und ignoriert. Die wenigen mutigen Seelen im Kongress werden ausgelacht und fallen gelassen. Der ehrlichste und gewissenhafteste politische Führer des Landes, Ralph Nader, ist eine machtlose, kaum sichtbare Kuriosität, die von angeheuerten Schlägern leicht in Schach gehalten wird.

Amerika, du bist eine gottverdammte Schande.

Was zählt das Gesetz eigentlich noch in deinem verachtenswerten Staat? Was die Gerechtigkeit? Was die Wahrheit? Wann wirst du aufwachen? Wenn du alle beisammen hättest, würdest du genau jetzt all deinen Mut zusammennehmen, auf die Strasse gehen und mit Millionen nach Washington D.C. marschieren. Aber ich weiß, ihr werdet das nicht tun. Die große Mehrheit von euch ist geistig, emotional und vom Verstand her tot.

Ihr konsumiert. Ihr esst. Ihr scheißt. Und das war's dann aber auch.
Während ich diese Worte im Frühling 2002 schreibe, kann ich mir nur vorstellen, welche weiteren Schrecken eure Schattenregierung sich ausdenken könnte, womit sie sicher versuchen wird, Militarismus und Totalitarismus in weltweitem Umfang zu rechtfertigen. Vielleicht eine Kernwaffenexplosion in einer eurer Städte? Ein massiver bio-chemischer Angriff?

Vielleicht wird es aber auch irgendein arabischer Terrorist sein, der die große und schreckliche Tat vollbringt und in seinen letzten Atemzügen an die Versprechen denkt, die ihr ihm gemacht habt, bevor ihr seine Familie tötet.

Dear America:

And so it has come to this. Your once great nation has fallen into madness, an affliction of mass denial that brings shivers up the spines of millions outside your borders. Yours is a sick nation. But most of you carry on as though nothing at all is the matter.

Dark, evil operations run rampant in the secret corners of your government institutions. An illegally constituted government pursues war at will anywhere on earth, discussing nuclear options that become points for cheerful chatter over lunch. Your military and intelligence agencies employ terrorist tactics around the globe even as they insist that such tactics are necessary in the fight against terrorism.

You have become a nation of monsters, America. Hypocrites. Murderers. Fools.

Your constitution is a shambles thanks to national security measures resulting from what might well be U.S.-government-sponsored terrorist attacks in New York City and Washington D.C., covert provocations designed to justify a malevolent, poisonous, oil-based military economy.

Never mind that earth-friendly technology already exists to once and for all end dependence on oil, coal and nuclear energy from huge, out-of-control utilities and corporations. You would rather pay through the nose for your insecure comforts, wouldn't you America ? and make others pay with their blood.

At the same time, you stand by as the Israel's secular Zionists ? whom you support through the supply of arms and money -- slaughter untold numbers of innocents in the West Bank, then blame the Palestinians for bringing the terror upon them selves. True, there are terrible Arab suicide bombers in Israel's midst. But are they not driven to madness and desperation by your infernal support of international terrorist politics?

As I write these words, you support a nation run by a convicted murderer who with impunity is carrying out war crimes as cruel and horrendous as those of other sadistic tyrants in history. And you say, in your utter cynicism, when will these Palestinians bring this war to an end?

You recklessly wage combat on other fronts, too. At home, your War on Drugs is a disastrous 30-year folly -- a gigantic con game designed to benefit lethal cartels, corrupt politicians and menacing intelligence agencies across the planet.

Meanwhile, military tanker jets daily spray massive quantities of unknown chemicals into the skies above your cities without your population's consent, and most of you do not even have the wherewithal to look up. Those who do and who voice their outrage hear only a deafening silence from your congress and your tax-supported health agencies. Some Americans have too active imaginations, yes? Best treat them with mind-numbing prescription drugs, and try to forget that the awful side effects number in the thousands.

Indeed, those who your government appoints to oversee your safety and security laugh in your faces. With your government's support, crooked multinationals like Monsanto buy up the world's water supplies, and take possession of the world's vegetation through Frankenstein technology already known to cause illness.

Does the FDA care about any of this? Hell no. It's long been on the bandwagon to foist genetically altered food on the Guinea Pigs of the country -- including every man, woman and child on America’s increasingly toxic soil.

You are a nation of suckers, America, to be bled dry of your hard-earned pay through outrageous bank schemes, Wall Street rip offs and fake government budget grabs. Your Pentagon cannot account for trillions in lost dollars. Does this bother you? Not in the least.

Your whole economy is controlled by what is for the most part ravenous, international private banking interests in the form of The Federal Reserve, which with your governments consent leads you down the garden path to irrecoverable debt and certain financial ruin.

Is this worth thinking about? When's the football game on? These very same moneymen are the ones who, through unmonitored and unrepresentative world committees, are driving countries like Argentina into hopeless debt and social upheaval. These greedy overlords are creating strife and suffering on a scale too tragic for words in nation after nation. Just look at Africa.

They've got their sites on America, now, too; disrupting economic stability through so-called free trade initiatives and provisions for special favors and the endless flow of cash to corporate monstrosities like Enron.

For the most part, your congressional representatives are nothing but swine gathering at the corporate troughs. Your president is a creep and a thug, a hypocrite who through his actions celebrates war, repression and greed even as he gives lip service to peace, freedom and justice.

George W. Bush hoodwinks you daily, the coward hiding behind a phony patriotism. He is an Enron buddy boy, a spoiled child lying in his teeth about his past and current dirty deeds. Does he care about you America? Hardly. This is altogether obvious to those outside your borders who are politically aware and awake to the world around them.

You were never concerned about the disgraceful practices of George's ruthless father, either, a Bin-Laden cohort and friend to criminals and killers in global drug, oil and terrorist enterprises. Iran. Vietnam. El Salvador. Chile. Guatemala. Iraq. And on and on. The never-ending bully-boy story of blood, guns, drugs and money.

Does any of this matter? Not really. Go get your ten-billionth burger America. Fatten your already fat asses with bacteria-and-hormone-ridden meat and do nothing as you sit stupefied before your mind-numbing television sets awaiting the next episode of sad families being humiliated on Cops.

Few among you are the least bit concerned that no real investigation of 911 has taken place, that no serious investigation of the anthrax attacks is moving forward, that no authentic investigation of Enron, or the murder of one of its top executives, is underway.

How many of you give the slightest damn about the totalitarian measures your government is taking to keep its secret meetings, grubby files and treasonous activities from your eyes? You look the other way as your own honest citizens rise up against those within your nation who gassed innocent children to death at Wako, hid evidence in the TWA 800 air disaster and rubbed elbows with foreign terrorists in Oklahoma City.

When did you stop caring America? Was it after your own CIA and FBI plotted the murder of President John F. Kennedy? Or is this just the raving lunacy of the conspiracy nut? What does your gut tell you America? Is something a little amiss here?

Today, in futility, your own government goes to court against itself for information you are entitled to by law. But this is hardly deemed vital news in the community. It is a fleeting reference in an electronic sea of meaningless banter. For proof, just look to all the spineless whores who constitute your mainstream news media.

Today, you excoriate, ridicule and ostracize the brave and true among you. Your best investigative journalists are fired from their jobs and ignored. Congress's few courageous souls are laughed at and dismissed out of hand. The most honest and conscientious political leader in the country, Ralph Nader, is a powerless, near invisible curiosity easily side-lined by hired goons. America, you are a goddamn shame.

What law matters now in your despicable state? What justice? What truth? When will you wake up? If you had your druthers, you would right now gather your courage, take to the streets and march on Washington D.C. in the millions. But I know you will do no such thing. The vast majority of you are spiritually, emotionally and intellectually dead.

You consume. You eat. You shit. And that's just about it.

As I write these words in Spring of 2002, I can only imagine what additional horrors your shadow government might be planning in what will surely be an attempt to justify militarism and totalitarianism on a universal scale. A nuclear explosion in one of your cities perhaps? A massive bio-chemical attack?

Or perhaps it will be some Arab terrorist who does the great and terrible deed, his last thought before death being the promises you made to him before killing his family.

Er ist der erste desertierte US-Soldat, der in Deutschland politisches Asyl beantragt hat: André Shepherd will nicht noch einmal im Irak kämpfen. Er hält den Krieg für völkerrechtswidrig - im SPIEGEL-ONLINE-Interview spricht er über seine Motive, Hoffnungen und die Angst vor der Militärpolizei.

SPIEGEL ONLINE: Herr Shepherd, Sie leben jetzt in einem deutschen Asylbewerberheim. Wie geht es Ihnen?

Shepherd: Ich bin sehr erleichtert. Mein Leben steckte vor dem Asylantrag so lange in einer schier unerträglichen Warteschleife - jetzt hat sich endlich etwas bewegt. Hier in der Unterkunft bin ich zusammen mit Flüchtlingen aus Ländern wie dem Irak, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, und wir kommen sehr gut miteinander klar.

SPIEGEL ONLINE: Warum sind Sie aus der US-Armee desertiert?

Shepherd: Wohl aus ähnlichem Grund wie die rund 25.000 Kameraden, die seit dem Beginn des Irak-Krieges desertiert sind. Ich war als Mechaniker bei der Army zuständig für die Instandhaltung von Ah-64A-Apache-Helikoptern und bereits von September 2004 bis Februar 2005 in Camp Speicher stationiert, einem Stützpunkt nahe Tikrit. Später habe ich kapiert, dass dieser Krieg ein Aggressionskrieg ist, der ganz klar gegen die Charta der Vereinten Nationen verstößt und damit völkerrechtswidrig ist. Als ich im April 2007 den zweiten Einsatzbefehl für den Irak bekam, gab es für mich keine andere Möglichkeit mehr, als den Dienst in diesem Krieg zu verweigern. Ich wollte Amerika nicht noch einmal dabei helfen, unschuldige Menschen zu ermorden.

SPIEGEL ONLINE: Wie haben Sie es geschafft, 19 Monate lang in Süddeutschland unterzutauchen?

Shepherd: Dabei haben mir vor allem meine deutschen Freunde geholfen, die mir schnell ein Zimmer in einem alten Bauernhaus besorgt haben. Sie haben mich durchgefüttert, auch wenn ich zwischendurch immer wieder versucht habe, zum Beispiel mit Gartenarbeit ein wenig Geld zu verdienen. Aber das war natürlich schwierig. Später haben mich die Leute vom Military Counseling Network, die in Deutschland stationierte US-Soldaten und Kriegsdienstverweigerer beraten, mit juristischem Rat unterstützt.

SPIEGEL ONLINE: Sind sie denn nie in eine Polizeikontrolle geraten?

Shepherd: Ich war sehr vorsichtig, denn ich hatte große Angst, dass mich die deutsche Polizei an die US-Militärpolizei ausliefern würde. Dann wäre ich erst einmal für viele Monate im Gefängnis gelandet. Trotzdem wurde ich in den 19 Monaten zweimal kontrolliert - bin aber jedes Mal mit dem Schrecken davongekommen. Die Polizisten dachten, ich sei ein illegaler Tellerwäscher aus Afrika. Als ich ihnen meinen Army-Ausweis zeigte, haben sie mich einfach durchgewinkt. Trotzdem lebt man natürlich in permanenter Angst.

SPIEGEL ONLINE: Die meisten US-Deserteure flüchten nach Kanada. Wieso haben Sie ausgerechnet in Deutschland politisches Asyl beantragt?

Shepherd: Ich war die vergangenen Jahre in Deutschland stationiert, in der Katterbach-Kaserne in der Nähe von Nürnberg. Fast alle US-Soldaten fliegen ja über Deutschland in den Irak oder nach Afghanistan. In Deutschland leben meine wichtigsten Freunde, hier sehe ich meine Zukunft, fühle ich mich zu Hause. Außerdem wurde hierzulande in den Nürnberger Prozessen deutlich gemacht: Nur Befehle zu befolgen, ist keine Entschuldigung. Jeder, auch ein Soldat, ist für seine Taten verantwortlich. Daher denke ich: Wenn ich in diesem Land nicht Zuflucht und Verständnis für mein Handeln finden kann, wo dann?

SPIEGEL ONLINE: Als Asylbewerber stehen Sie unter dem Schutz der Genfer Flüchtlingskommission. Fühlen Sie sich nun sicher?

Shepherd: Zumindest sicherer als zuvor. Aber den ständigen ängstlichen Blick über die Schulter, das Leben im Schatten, gewöhnt man sich nur langsam ab. Ich weiß nicht wirklich, was wirklich passieren würde, wenn ich einer Streife der US-Militärpolizei in die Arme laufen würde. Daher bin ich immer noch sehr vorsichtig. Aber es gibt für mich keine Alternative: Ich hätte mich strafbar gemacht, wäre ich noch einmal in diesen völkerrechtswidrigen Krieg gezogen. Nicht ich bin der Kriminelle. Die Verantwortlichen sitzen in Washington.

Ursprünglich hatte ich diesen Blog für amerikanische Leser vorgesehen. Nun, nachdem ich selbst eine Website habe (http://beyondmainstream.de.tl/Home.htm), möchte ich gern mehr hier mit diesem Blog in Deutschland arbeiten.

Er sollte genutzt werden von meinen treuen Lesern meiner Website, um hier ihre Kommentare über bestimmte Beiträge oder andere Kritiken darzustellen.

Von 800 bis 1000 Besuchern täglich auf meiner Seite soll ich unterstellen, dass es viele gibt, die gerne etwas sagen möchten, den Weg über Gästebuch oder Kontatformular meiden. Auch mein Forum ist bisher nicht in Gang gekommen, obwohl einige sich angemeldet haben. Kann ich verstehen. Hier können alle mitlesen und das ist gut so !

Bleibt im Umgang fair und freundlich und lasst andere Meinung stehen. Untereinander haben alle Menschen einen unterschiedlichen Horizont.

This second quarter's fundamental event about to shove most players' anticipations over the coming months, is certainly the final and simultaneous failure of the two key-strategies defined by US leaders, i.e.:

. in the economic, financial and monetary fields, the Fed' policy initiated a year ago when M3 publishing was abandoned and aimed at substituting a financial and stock bubble to the bursting housing bubble in order to maintain US growth (and capital attractiveness) has now patently failed, thus entailing a historical loss of the Fed's control on US interest rates (for the first time since 1918, except in times of war or social/economic depression)

. in the military, strategic and diplomatic fields, the stability plan for Iraq is a complete failure taking place in the framework of Washington's growing political paralysis (which LEAP/E2020 plans to describe in GEAB N°17 - on subscription).

Spring 2007 indeed appears as the tipping point of the global systemic crisis: the US economy went into recession, US interest rates were restored, the bond market is in crisis, the subprime crisis begins to hit large US financial institutions such as Bear Stearns (1), Goldman Sachs (2) and Freddie Mac (3), the US housing crisis is speeding up (4), the paralysis of Washington's political power grows (5), the isolation of the US on the international arena increases, the security plan for Iraq proves to be a complete failure, the US is powerless against Iran, the relaunch of the Israelo-Arab peace process aborts, trade tensions between China and the US rise, a growing number of countries (Kuwait, Syria,…) flee from the US dollar, etc…

However, according to LEAP/E2020 researchers, it is undeniably this Fed's and White House's (Pentagon's) double simultaneous failure which affects most the unfolding of the global systemic crisis for the months to come, as it precipitates China and the EU into the « vacuum » thus created and thrusts the US into « recessflation ».

In this public announcement, LEAP/E2020 wishes to share publicly some of GEAB N°16 excerpts (on subscription) about the consequences of this failed attempt of economic relaunch conducted by Ben Bernanke and the Fed's loss of control over US interest rates, of historical dimension (6).

Today, the Fed's official stance pretends that the US economy will grow again in the coming months and reduces to a mere anecdote the collapse of US growth in the first quarter (down to 0.6 percent only), anticipating a 2.5 see 3 percent growth altogether in 2007 (7), knowing that recent economic previsions published by the UN place US growth around 0.5 percent in 2008 (8). As early as March 2007, LEAP/E2020 anticipated a growth below 1 percent in the third quarter of 2007 (in consideration of the first terms 0.6 percent, annual growth is very likely indeed to be at best below 2 percent, more likely negative in the end).

Nevertheless this official stance is contradicted by most available objective indicators (corporate performance, employment,...), even if it seems supported by a whole range of other indicators, either indicators carefully ‘cooked' by the Federal government or subjective indicators reflecting for instance the impact of official statements on public opinion. LEAP/E2020 already described in 2006 how opinion manipulations work; and in GEAB N°16 (on subscription), our team of researchers details a number of objective indicators that can help to anticipate precisely US economic trends in the next quarters (in particular: hidden unemployment rise, « phantom-GDP » mechanism of US growth overrating, or increasingly devastating impact of the housing and subprime crises).

A great lack of transparency reigned over the Fed's actions in terms of monetary mass and global assets in USD (such as the end of M3 publication at the end of March 2006) (9). Well this strategy proved to be a complete failure. The attempt to substitute a financial/stock bubble instead of the housing bubble, like Greenspan did when he turned the internet bubble into a housing bubble, in order to maintain US growth did not succeed. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke can always flood the US economy with liquidities. The only result will be in increasing US inflation and the fleeing from US dollar and US dollar-denominated assets. Just like the US troops are stuck in an endless conflict in Iraq, the US consumer is exhausted and insolvent, as illustrated by the close correlation between retail sales and the fast growing consumer delinquency rates.

As a result, the Fed will experience a central bank's absolute nightmare: stagflation, or more precisely « recessflation » (10). The crisis currently agitating financial markets, with interest rates' « natural » curve being restored and long-term rates back above short-term rates, clearly proves that the US debt and US Treasury bonds no longer find buyers (11).

If T-Bond yields rise today, it is not by fear of inflation but because nobody wants to buy them anymore (12) (a situation anticipated by LEAP/E2020 a year ago already). As a matter of fact, foreign investors (only 11 percent of the last T-Bond sell-off (13)) are now those who fix the rate, and the Fed can only follow the trend in long-term international interest rates. Simultaneously, the Fed will have to increase its repurchasing of the US debt, operating for instance via figureheads such as those large associated investment banks, as LEAP/E2020 described many times.

What is new in the current situation is that the Fed is being deprived from its last remaining instrument. The rest of world now determines US rates. Simultaneously systemic uncertainty is back on financial markets. Investors suddenly realise that in the medium- and long-term, they no longer have any guarantee on global system's trends (while only a few months ago, they were convinced that the current system was sustainable). This situation highlights the fact that it is outside the US that the country's future economically and financially speaking is being played, as illustrated on three occasions in the last six months by the impact on US markets of Chinese decisions (dollar and stocks). This is a totally new situation for the US ever since the end of WWI which clearly suggests that the world order created after 1945 has come to an end.

This double simultaneous failure creates a new situation, radically modifying everyone's perception of the future, and deeply affecting the dominant trends of the beginning of the phase of impact of the global systemic crisis (such as for instance the US capacity of action militarily and diplomatically speaking) while significantly reinforcing other trends (such as China and the EU being sucked into the systemic crisis as a result of the accelerating evolution in their respective status of emerging pillars of the new global system, a crisis-bearer phenomenon for both China and the EU).

Thus, in this Summer 2007 issue of the Global Europe Anticipation Bulletin (on subscription), LEAP/E2020 consider it useful to anticipate the four following trends that they consider will shape this year's second semester in terms of economy, finance and international policies:

1. Finance – Investor's shift away from US Treasury bonds, the Sovereign Wealth Funds, the Fed's loss of control over US interest rates and the great return of market volatility

2. US economy – The « phantom-GDP » invented by US statistics, aggravation of the US housing crisis and rise in real unemployment: the « 2007 Very Great Depression » is shaping

3. International trade – Fallout of US economic recession on the United States and China: enhanced trade conflict and Chinese financial system in crisis

4. Euroland – Eurozone in crisis with a bursting housing bubble in Spain and speculative currency bubbles in Eastern Europe

As LEAP/E2020 describes in GEAB N°16 (on subscription), during the summer 2007, these heavy trends will get organised to shape the rest of the year, taking from the rear the last three months' mainstream opinion. In this issue of GEAB, our team provides some advice for investors to avoid this coming summer's main risks.

(4) In June 2007, Harvard University released the yearly « Joint Center for Housing Studies » on housing trends in the US. The study clearly suggests that the housing crisis is only beginning as « prices only begin to fall, riskiest loans are only about to enter refinancing period, and credit restrictions only started ». The impact on the financial sphere, consumption and employment is still ahead and will materialize more and more roughly from this summer onward.

(5) President G.W. Bush's approval rating fell to 29 percent, with 66 percent of respondents disapproving of him (his lowest result ever). In the same Wall Street Journal/NBC poll, reported by MarketWatch/Dow Jones 06/13/2007, 68 percent of Americans consider that their country is headed in the wrong direction. 23 percent approve the performance of the 1-year long Democrat-controlled Congress. Iraq and the economy being key-factors of US public opinion today, the gap between the « official » figures and the optimistic statements we hear today on the US economy on the one hand, and the American opinion on the state of their country on the other hand, is clearly abyssal.

06/10/07 "ICH" --- - On Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin gave an hour and a half-long press conference which was attended by many members of the world media. The contents of that meeting---in which Putin answered all questions concerning nuclear proliferation, human rights, Kosovo, democracy and the present confrontation with the United States over missile defense in Europe---have been completely censored by the press. Apart from one brief excerpt which appeared in a Washington Post editorial, (and which was used to criticize Putin) the press conference has been scrubbed from the public record. It never happened. Putin’s performance was a tour de force. He fielded all of the questions however misleading or insulting. He was candid and statesmanlike and demonstrated a good understanding of all the main issues.

The meeting gave Putin a chance to give his side of the story in the growing debate over missile defense in Eastern Europe. He offered a brief account of the deteriorating state of US-Russian relations since the end of the Cold War, and particularly from 9-11 to present. Since September 11, the Bush administration has carried out an aggressive strategy to surround Russia with military bases, install missiles on its borders, topple allied regimes in Central Asia, and incite political upheaval in Moscow through US-backed “pro-democracy” groups. These openly hostile actions have convinced many Russian hard-liners that the administration is going forward with the neocon plan for “regime change” in Moscow and fragmentation of the Russian Federation. Putin’s testimony suggests that the hardliners are probably right.

The Bush administration’s belligerent foreign policy has backed the Kremlin into a corner and forced Putin to take retaliatory measures. He has no other choice.

If we want to understand why relations between Russia are quickly reaching the boiling-point; we only need to review the main developments since the end of the Cold War. Political analyst Pat Buchanan gives a good rundown of these in his article “Doesn’t Putin Have a Point?”

Buchanan says:

“Though the Red Army had picked up and gone home from Eastern Europe voluntarily, and Moscow felt it had an understanding we would not move NATO eastward, we exploited our moment. Not only did we bring Poland into NATO, we brought in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia, and virtually the whole Warsaw Pact, planting NATO right on Mother Russia's front porch. Now, there is a scheme afoot to bring in Ukraine and Georgia in the Caucasus, the birthplace of Stalin.

Second, America backed a pipeline to deliver Caspian Sea oil from Azerbaijan through Georgia to Turkey, to bypass Russia.

Third, though Putin gave us a green light to use bases in the old Soviet republics for the liberation of Afghanistan, we now seem hell-bent on making those bases in Central Asia permanent.

Fourth, though Bush sold missile defense as directed at rogue states like North Korea, we now learn we are going to put anti-missile systems into Eastern Europe. And against whom are they directed?

Fifth, through the National Endowment for Democracy, its GOP and Democratic auxiliaries, and tax-exempt think tanks, foundations, and "human rights" institutes such as Freedom House, headed by ex-CIA director James Woolsey, we have been fomenting regime change in Eastern Europe, the former Soviet republics, and Russia herself.

U.S.-backed revolutions have succeeded in Serbia, Ukraine, and Georgia, but failed in Belarus. Moscow has now legislated restrictions on the foreign agencies that it sees, not without justification, as subversive of pro-Moscow regimes.

Sixth, America conducted 78 days of bombing of Serbia for the crime of fighting to hold on to her rebellious province, Kosovo, and for refusing to grant NATO marching rights through her territory to take over that province. Mother Russia has always had a maternal interest in the Orthodox states of the Balkans.

These are Putin's grievances. Does he not have a small point?”

Yes--as Buchanan opines---Putin does have a point, which is why his press conference was suppressed. The media would rather demonize Putin, than allow him to make his case to the public. (The same is true of other world leaders who choose to use their vast resources to improve the lives of their own citizens rather that hand them over to the transnational oil giants; such as, Mahmud Ahmadinejad and Hugo Chavez) Even so, NATO has not yet endorsed the neocon missile defense plan and, according to recent surveys, public opinion in Poland and the Czech Republic is overwhelmingly against it.

Unsurprisingly, the Bush administration is going ahead regardless of the controversy.

Putin cannot allow the United States to deploy its missile defense system to Eastern Europe. The system poses a direct threat to Russia’s national security. If Putin planned to deploy a similar system in Cuba or Mexico, the Bush administration would immediately invoke the Monroe Doctrine and threaten to remove it by force. No one doubts this. And no one should doubt that Putin is equally determined to protect his own country’s interests in the same way. We can expect that Russia will now aim its missiles at European targets and rework its foreign policy in a way that compels the US to abandon its current plans.

The media has tried to minimize the dangers of the proposed system. The Washington Post even characterized it as “a small missile defense system” which has set off “waves of paranoia about domestic and foreign opponents”.

Nonsense. Nothing could be further from the truth.

As Putin said at the press conference, “Once the missile defense system is put in place IT WILL WORK AUTOMATICALLY WITH THE ENTIRE NUCLEAR CAPABILITY OF THE UNITED STATES. It will be an integral part of the US nuclear capability.

“For the first time in history---and I want to emphasize this---there are elements of the US nuclear capability on the European continent. It simply changes the whole configuration of international security…..Of course, we have to respond to that.”

Putin is right. The “so-called” defense system is actually an expansion (and integration) of America’s existing nuclear weapons system which will now function as one unit. The dangers of this should be obvious.

The Bush administration is maneuvering in a way that will allow it to achieve what Nuclear weapons specialist, Francis A. Boyle, calls the “longstanding US policy of nuclear first-strike against Russia”.

In Boyle’s article “US Missiles in Europe: Beyond Deterrence to First Strike Threat” he states:

“By means of a US first strike about 99%+ of Russian nuclear forces would be taken out. Namely, the United States Government believes that with the deployment of a facially successful first strike capability, they can move beyond deterrence and into "compellence."… This has been analyzed ad nauseam in the professional literature. But especially by one of Harvard's premier warmongers in chief, Thomas Schelling --winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics granted by the Bank of Sweden-- who developed the term "compellence" and distinguished it from "deterrence." …The USG is breaking out of a "deterrence" posture and moving into a "compellence" posture. (Global Research 6-6-07)

That’s right. The real goal is to force Moscow to conform to Washington’s “diktats” or face the prospect of “first-strike” annihilation. That’s why Putin has expressed growing concern over the administration’s dropping out of the ABM Treaty and the development of a new regime of low yield, bunker-busting nuclear weapons. The “hawks” who surround Bush have abandoned the “deterrence” policy of the past, and now believe that a nuclear war can be “won” by the United States. This is madness and it needs to be taken seriously.

The Bush administration sees itself as a main player in Central Asia and the Middle East---controlling vital resources and pipeline corridors throughout the region. That means Russia’s influence will have to be diminished. Boris Yeltsin was the perfect leader for the neoconservative master-plan (which is why the right-wingers Praised him when he died) Russia disintegrated under Yeltsin. He oversaw the dismantling of the state, the plundering of its resources and state-owned assets, and the restructuring of its economy according to the tenets of neoliberalism.

No wonder the neocons loved him.

Under Putin, Russia has regained its economic footing, its regional influence and its international prestige. The economy is booming, the ruble has stabilized, the standard of living has risen, and Moscow has strengthened alliances with its neighbors. This new-found Russian prosperity poses a real challenge to Bush’s plans.

Two actions in particular have changed the Russian-US relationship from tepid to openly hostile. The first was when Putin announced that Russia’s four largest oil fields would not be open to foreign development. (Russia has been consolidating its oil wealth under state-run Gazprom) And, second, when the Russian Treasury began to convert Russia’s dollar reserves into gold and rubles. Both of these are regarded as high-crimes by US corporate chieftains and western elites. Their response was swift.

John Edwards and Jack Kemp were appointed to lead a Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) task force which concocted the basic pretext for an all-out assault on the Putin. This is where the idea that Putin is “rolling back democracy” began; it’s a feeble excuse for political antagonism. In their article “Russia’s Wrong Direction”, Edwards and Kemp state that a “strategic partnership” with Russia is no longer possible. They note that the government has become increasingly “authoritarian” and that the society is growing less “open and pluralistic”. Blah, blah, blah. No one in the Washington really cares about democracy. (Just look at our “good friends” in Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan) What they’re afraid of is Putin ditching the dollar and controlling his own oil. That’s what counts. Bush also wants Putin to support sanctions against Iran and rubber stamp a Security Council resolution to separate Kosovo form Serbia. (Since when does the UN have the right to redraw national borders? Was the creation of Israel such a stunning success that the Security Council wants to try its luck again?)

Putin does not accept the “unipolar” world model. As he said in Munich, the unipolar world refers to “a world in which there is one master, one sovereign---- one centre of authority, one centre of force, one centre of decision-making. At the end of the day this is pernicious not only for all those within this system, but also for the sovereign itself because it destroys itself from within.… What is even more important is that the model itself is flawed because at its basis there is and can be no moral foundations for modern civilization.”

He added:

“Unilateral and frequently illegitimate actions have not resolved any problems. Moreover, they have caused new human tragedies and created new centers of tension. Judge for yourselves---wars as well as local and regional conflicts have not diminished. More are dying than before. Significantly more, significantly more!

Today we are witnessing an almost uncontained hyper use of force – military force – in international relations, force that is plunging the world into an abyss of permanent conflicts.

We are seeing a greater and greater disdain for the basic principles of international law. And independent legal norms are, as a matter of fact, coming increasingly closer to one state’s legal system. One state and, of course, first and foremost the United States, has overstepped its national borders in every way. This is visible in the economic, political, cultural and educational policies it imposes on other nations. Well, who likes this? Who is happy about this?

In international relations we increasingly see the desire to resolve a given question according to so-called issues of political expediency, based on the current political climate. And of course this is extremely dangerous. It results in the fact that no one feels safe. I want to emphasise this – no one feels safe! Because no one can feel that international law is like a stone wall that will protect them. Of course such a policy stimulates an arms race.

I am convinced that we have reached that decisive moment when we must seriously think about the architecture of global security.”

How can anyone dispute Putin’s analysis?

“Unilateral and illegitimate military actions”, the “uncontained hyper-use of force”, the “disdain for the basic principles of international law”, and most importantly; “No one feels safe!”

These are the irrefutable facts. Putin has simply summarized the Bush Doctrine better than anyone else.

The Bush administration has increased its frontline American bases to five thousand men on Russia’s perimeter. Is this conduct of a “trustworthy ally”?

Also, NATO has deployed forces on Russia’s borders even while Putin has continued to fulfill his treaty obligations and move troops and military equipment hundreds of miles away.

As Putin said on Tuesday: “We have removed all of our heavy weapons from the European part of Russia and put them behind the Urals” and “reduced our Armed Forces by 300,000. We have taken several other steps required by the Adapted Conventional Armed Forces Treaty in Europe (ACAF). But what have we seen in response? Eastern Europe is receiving new weapons, two new military bases are being set up in Romania and in Bulgaria, and there are two new missile launch areas -- a radar in Czech republic and missile systems in Poland. And we are asking ourselves the question: what is going on? Russia is disarming unilaterally. But if we disarm unilaterally then we would like to see our partners be willing to do the same thing in Europe. On the contrary, Europe is being pumped full of new weapons systems. And of course we cannot help but be concerned.”

(This is why Putin’s comments did not appear in the western media! They would have been too damaging to the Bush administration and their expansionist plans)

Who Destroyed the ABM?

Putin said:

“We did not initiate the withdrawal from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty. But what response did we give when we discussed this issue with our American partners? We said that we do not have the resources and desire to establish such a system. But as professionals we both understand that a missile defense system for one side and no such a system for the other creates an illusion of security and increases the possibility of a nuclear conflict. The defense system WILL DESTROY THE STRATEGIC EQUILIBRIUM IN THE WORLD. In order to restore that balance without setting up a missile defense system we will have to create a system to overcome missile defense, which is what we are doing now.”

Putin: “AN ARMS RACE IS UNFOLDING. Was it we who withdrew from the ABM Treaty? We must react to what our partners do. We already told them two years ago, “don’t do this, you don’t need to do this. What are you doing? YOU ARE DESTROYING THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL SECURITY. You must understand that you are forcing us to take retaliatory steps.” …we warned them. No, they did not listen to us. Then we heard about them developing low-yield nuclear weapons and they are continuing to develop these weapons.” We told them that “it would be better to look for other ways to fight terrorism than create low-yield nuclear weapons and lower the threshold for using nuclear weapons, and thereby put humankind on the brink of nuclear catastrophe. But they don’t listen to us. They are not looking for compromise. Their entire point of view can be summed-up in one sentence: ‘Whoever is not with us is against us.’”

Putin asks, “So what should we do?” The present predicament has brought us “the brink of disaster”.

Putin: “Some people have the illusion that you can do everything just as you want, regardless of the interests of other people. Of course it is for precisely this reason that the international situation gets worse and eventually results in an arms race as you pointed out. But we are not the instigators. We do not want it. Why would we want to divert resources to this? And we are not jeopardizing our relations with anyone. But we must respond.

Name even one step that we have taken or one action of ours designed to worsen the situation. There are none. We are not interested in that. We are interested in having a good atmosphere, environment and energy dialogue around Russia”.

So, what should Putin do? And how else can he meet his responsibilities to the Russian people without taking defensive “retaliatory” action to Bush’s act of war. By expanding its nuclear capability to Europe, all of Russia is in imminent danger, and so, Putin must decide “precisely which means will be used to destroy the installations that our experts believe represent a potential threat for the Russian Federation”. (Note that Putin NEVER THREATENS TO AIM HIS MISSILES AT EUROPEAN CITIES AS WAS REPORTED IN THE WESTERN MEDIA)

Putin has made great strides in improving life for the Russian people. That is why his public approval rating is soaring at 75%. The Russian economy has been growing by 7% a year. He’s lowered the number of people living beneath the poverty-line by more than half and will bring it down to European levels by 2010. Real incomes are growing by an astonishing 12% per year. As Putin says, “Combating poverty is one of our top priorities and we still have to do a lot to improve our pension system too because the correlation between pensions and the average wage is still lower here than in Europe.”

If only that was true in America!

Russia now has the ninth largest economy in the world and has amassed enormous gold and currency reserves--the third largest in the world. It is also one of the leading players in international energy policy with a daily-oil output which now exceeds Saudi Arabia. It is also the largest producer of natural gas in the world. Russia will only get stronger as we get deeper into the century and energy resources become scarcer.

Putin strongly objects to the idea that he is not committed to human rights or is “rolling back democracy”. He points out how truncheon-wielding police in Europe routinely use tear gas, electric-shock devices and water cannons to disperse demonstrators. Is that how the West honors human rights and civil liberties?

As for the Bush administration---Putin produced a copy of Amnesty International’s yearly report condemning the United States conduct in the war on terror. “I have a copy of Amnesty International’s report here, which includes a section on the United States,” he said. “The organization has concluded that the United States IS NOW THE PRINCIPLE VIOLATOR OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS WORLDWIDE.”

He added, “We have a proverb in Russian, ‘Don’t blame the mirror if your face is crooked.’”

Putin is fiercely nationalistic. He has helped to restore Russia’s self-confidence and rebuild the economy. He’s demonstrated a willingness to compromise with the Bush administration on every substantive issue, but he has been repeatedly rebuffed. The last thing he wants is a nuclear standoff with the United States. But he will do what he must to defend his people from the threat of foreign attack. The deployment of the missile defense system will require that Russia develop its own new weapons systems and change its thinking about trusting the United States. Friendship is not possible in the present climate.

As for “democracy”; Putin said it best himself:

“Am I a ‘pure democrat’? (laughs) Of course I am, absolutely. The problem is that I’m all alone---the only one of my kind in the whole wide world. Just look at what’s happening in North America, it’s simply awful---torture, homeless people, Guantanamo, people detained without trial and investigation. Just look at what’s happening in Europe---harsh treatment of demonstrators, rubber bullets and tear gas used first in one capital then in another, demonstrators killed on the streets….. I have no one to talk to since Mahatma Gandhi died.”

Documented. The speech of Russian president Vladimir Putin on 10 February on the "43. Munich conference for security politics "for the role of its country in the world

I am very grateful for the invitation to this representative conference, which meets politicians, military, entrepreneur and expert from more than 40 countries. The structure of this conference gives me the possibility of avoiding "excessive politeness" and the necessity to speak in describing, nice, but empty diplomatic empty phrases. The structure of this conference permits to say, what I actually think of the problems of international security. And if my discussions our colleagues excessively polarize-mix, exaggerated or inaccurate appear, I ask, not to be annoyed at me - finally this is only one conference. And I hope that Mr. Teltschik does not switch on the "red light" there in two to three minutes.

Thus. It is well-known that the problem of international security is many broader than the questions of military-political stability. In addition belong the firmness of the world economy, the overcoming of the poverty, economic security and development of the dialogue between the cultures. This universal, indivisible character of security comes in the fundamental principle "security for everyone is security for all" to the expression. Or like Franklin D Roosevelt in the first days of the Second World War beginning said: "one breaks somewhere if the peace, is the peace of all countries everywhere in danger." These words remained current. Occupies e.g. also the topic of our conference, which stands here written: "global crises - global responsibility".

Only two decades ago the world was ideologically and economically split, and their security was ensured by the enormous strategic potential of the two superpowers. The global confrontation pushed the most burning economic and social questions to the edge of the international relations and their agenda. And like each war the "cold war" left "not-ignited ammunition" to us - figurativy spoken. I refer to ideological stereotyped ones, double standards and other templates of the block thinking.

Unipolar model

The unipolar world suggested after the "cold war" did not develop. The history of mankind knows naturally periods of a unipolar condition and striving for world-wide supremacy. What didn't happen in the history of mankind? However which is a unipolar world? If someone described this term, he would have to come inevitably to only one result: That means only one center of power, only one force center, only one decision center. That is the world of only one Mr., only one sovereign. And that is dangerous in the long run not only for all, which are within this system, but also for the sovereign, because that destroys it from the inside.

And that has to do naturally nothing with democracy. Because: Democracy is, like you knows, the power of the majority, whereby the interest and the opinions of the minority are considered. Clearly spoken: We, Russia, are instructed continuously over democracy. But those, which instruct us, do not want to learn even particularly much. I believe that for the present world the unipolar model is not only unacceptable, but at all not possibly. And not only because with single leader shank in the present - and particularly in the present world - neither the military-political nor economic resources are sufficient. Which is still more important - the model appears nonfunctioning, because it offers and also offer cannot no moral-moral basis in its basis for the present civilization.

In addition comes: Which happens in the today's world - and we begin straight only to discuss -, that is the consequences of the attempt to introduce evenly this conception to the international relations - the conception of a unipolar world.

Hypertrophierte force

And with which result? One-sided, often not legitimized actions did not solve only one problem. More than that, it caused new human tragedies and created new sources of tension. Judge: The number of the wars, the local and regional conflicts did not become smaller. Mr. Teltschik mentioned this in very gentle way. And not less humans die in these conflicts, but even more than in former times. Importantly more - importantly more!

Today we observe one nearly by nothing restrained, hypertrophierte use of force in the international relations - military force -, a force, which pushes the world into an abyss of successive conflicts. In the result the strength is not enough for the complex solution of only one of them. It will also impossible to find a political solution.

We see more and more an excess of fundamental principles of international law. More still - i.e. naturally exceeded and becomes individual standards, in addition, the entire juridical system of an individual state, the USA, the national borders in all spheres - in economics and politics as well as within the humanitarian range - other countries forced upon. Whom could please? Whom does that please? In the international relations we encounter ever more frequently striving to solve these or that question due to so-called political experience justified on the current political economic situation.

That is naturally extremely dangerous. And it leads to the fact that nobody feels more safe already. I would like to underline that - nobody feels in security! Because nobody can rely on the international right as on a schutzmauer. Such a policy is naturally catalyst of an arms race. The dominance of the force factor encourages inevitably a set from countries to the acquisition of massenvernichtungswaffen. More than - new in principle threats developed, which admits also in former times was, but today, such receive a global character like the terrorism. I am convinced that we concerned on a crucial moment, in which we seriously the entire architecture of global security consider must. And here it is necessary to continue with the search for a reasonable reconciliation between the interests of all subjects of the international community. All the more, as the "international landscape" changes so variously and so fast at present - changes in the light of the dynamic development of a whole set of states and regions.

Mrs. Bundeskanzlerin already mentioned this. Like that the sum of the gross national product of India and China is already larger in kaufkraftparitaet than that of the United States. And a computation of the gross national product of the BRIC Laendergruppe - Brazil, Russia, India and China - exceeds the accumulated gross national product of the European Union. According to opinion of experts in historical perspective this gap will still grow. It is idle to doubt that the economic potential of the new world centers of growth changes inevitably to political influence and will strengthen the multi-polarity. In connection with it the role multipole arene diplomacy grows importantly. Openness, transparency and predictability in the policy are alternativeless and the use of force must actually an extraordinary measure remain, like that as the application of the death penalty in the juridical systems of some states. Today we observe however turned around the situation that countries, which forbid the death penalty even for murderers and other criminals - dangerous criminals - that regardless of its such countries participate very easily in military operations, which one can call heavily legitimate. But in these conflicts humans die - hundreds, thousands of peaceful humans!

At the same time the question develops: Are we to look participateless and indifferently on different internal conflicts in certain countries, in actually authoritarian Regimen, tyrannies, on the spreading of massenvernichtungswaffen? That was the basis the nature after also the question, which our dear colleague Mr. Liebermann of the Bundeskanzlerin asked. Did I understand your question correctly (itself turning at dear man)? And naturally this question is serious! Can we look participateless on, which happens? I try to also answer to your question. Naturally, we may not watch participateless. Naturally not. But we have the means, in order to resist these threats? Naturally, we have them. It is sufficient to remind of recent history. What happened with the peaceful transition in our country? It took place a peaceful transformation of the Soviet regime - a peaceful transformation! And which regime! With which number at weapons, including the nuclear weapons! Why has to be gebombt and shot now with each erdenklichen opportunity? Is it missing to us when being missing the threat of a mutual destruction at political culture, at the respect for democratic values and for the right?

I am convinced that the only mechanism for decisions is over the use of military force as last way out the Charter of the UN. And in connection with it I did not understand, what our colleague said recently, the Secretary of Defense of Italy, or whether he expressed himself inaccurately. In each case I understood that use of force can be regarded only in the case as legitimate, if the decision of NATO or of the European Union or from the UN pleases became. If he means that actual, then we have different opinions in addition. Or I did not hear it correctly. Legitimate one can consider the use of force only if the decision pleases in the context of the UN became. And it does not have necessary to replace the UN by NATO or the European Union. If the UN in the reality unites the forces of the international community, which can actually react to events in individual countries, if we leave the excess of the international right behind us, then the situation can change. In the opposite case the situation in a dead end will end, and those number of heavy errors is multiplied. One must secure that international law keeps a universal character both the view after as well as with the application of its standards. And one may not forget that the democratic sample for actions in the policy requires necessarily discussions and an exact treatment of the decisions.

Nuclear disarmament

The potential danger of a destabilization of the international relations is connected with the obvious stagnation in the area of the disarmament. Russia occurs for the renewal of the dialogue in this extremely important question.

Is important to ensure the firmness of the international-law foundation of the disarmament too received and the durability of the process of the reduction of nuclear weapons.

We agreed upon the reduction of our nuclear potential on strategic carriers with the United States of America contractually on 1700 to 2200 atomic sprengkoepfe up to the 31.Dezember 2012. Russia is decided to fulfill the obligations strictly which it took over. We hope that also our partners will act likewise transparency and not for all cases, for a "black day", some remaining hundred nuclear sprengkoepfe aside put. In this connection I would like to remind gladly of the fact that the USSR and the United States signed a contract in the 80's over the removal of a whole class of rockets of middle and small range, but no universal character was lent to this document. Today a whole set of countries possesses such rockets: The Korean people-democratic Republic of, the Republic of Korea, India, Iran, Pakistan, Israel. Many other states of the world work on such systems and plan to take up it to its armament. Only the United States and Russia have obligations to create no weapon systems of this kind. It is clear that we are forced under these conditions to think about the guarantee of our own security.

At the same time emerging of new destabilizing high-technological kinds of weapon may not become certified. I do not speak already at all about measures for the prevention of new confrontation spheres, in particular in the universe. The "war of the stars" is as well known no fantasy, but reality. In the middle of the 80's of the past century were already our American partners in a the position to intercept their own satellite.

The militarization of the universe can provoke unforeseeable consequences for the world community according to opinion of Russia - not smaller than at the beginning of the nuclear era. And we stepped out not only once with initiatives, a whose goal was it to prevent the use of weapons in the cosmos.

Today I would like to inform you about the fact that we prepared a draft agreement for the prevention of the spreading of weapons in the cosmic area. In the next time it will be sent to our partners as official suggestion. Let us on it together work.

New confrontation

Likewise plans must worry us for the development of elements of the antirocket defense systems. Who has the next step of an arms race inevitable in this case necessarily? I doubt deeply that these are the Europeans. Missiles, which actually threaten Europe, with a range of action of 5000 to 8000 kilometers, exist in to the not one so-called problem states. And in the visible future - and the visible perspective - they will not emerge and are not foreseeable even. A hypothetical start e.g. North Korea niches a rocket in the direction of the territory of the USA over Western Europe away contradicts obviously the laws of the ballistics. As one says with us in Russia, just as, as if one is "with the right hand the left ear affected".

Since I am in Germany, I do not know to mention the crisis of the contract over conventionally armed armed forces in Europe. The adapted contract of over conventionally armed armed forces in Europe was signed 1999. It considered the new geopolitical reality - the dissolution Warsaw block. Since then seven years passed, and only four states ratified, included this document the Russian federation. The countries of NATO explained openly that they will not ratify the contract, including the definitions over delimitations of the flanks, over the distribution of a certain number of armed forces at the flanks, up to that time, since Russia withdraws its bases from Georgien and Moldavia. Led back from Georgien our troops, even after an accelerated timetable. We solved these problems with our Georgian colleagues, and everything is well-known. In Moldavia remains a grouping of 1500 military members, who fulfill peace-receiving functions and guard ammunition camps, which originate from USSR times. And we constantly discuss this question with Mr. Solana; it knows our position. We are ready to continue to work also in this direction.

But which happens at the same time? In this same time so-called light American advanced bases with up to 5000 men develop in each case in Bulgaria and Romania. It turns out that NATO shifts its foremost forces to our state borders, but we, since we fulfill the contract strictly, in no way on these actions react. I think, it am obvious - the process of the NATO expansion stands in no relationship with the modernization of the alliance or with strengthening security in Europe. In the opposite, that is a seriously provoking factor, which lowers the level of the mutual confidence. And we have the indisputable right to ask openly: Against whom is this extension directed? And which happened with the explanations, which delivered the western partners after the decay Warsaw Treaty? Where are these explanations now? It possibly someone does not even remember. But I take the liberty to remind before this auditory of it what was said. I would like to quote gladly from a speech of NATO Secretary-General Woerner in Brussels from 17 May 1990. He said at that time: "the fact that we are ready to station no NATO troops beyond the borders of the territory of the Federal Republic gives firm security guarantees to the Soviet Union." Where are these warranties?

The stones and concrete blocks of the citizens of Berlin wall are already long distributed as souvenirs. But one may not forget that their case became possible also owing to a historical choice also our people - the people of Russia -, a choice for democracy and liberty, for openness and genuine partnership with all members of the large European family.

Today one tries to force upon to us new dividing lines and walls - they may be virtual, but they separate nevertheless, cut our entire continent. Do we need again long years and decades, the change of some politician generations "to tear off" over these new walls and "dismantle"?

Nuclear weapon check contract

We occur without reservation for the stabilization of the regime of the nicht-Weiterverbreitung. The existing international-law basis makes it possible to create technologies for the treatment of nuclear fuel for peaceful purposes. And many countries want to produce nuclear energy for good reasons themselves - as basis for energetic independence. We understand to receive also that these technologies can be transformed fast, in order nuclear weapon materials.

That causes serious international tensions. A clear example is the situation around the Iranian nuclear program. If the international community for this clash of interest does not find a reasonable solution, the world will experience also in the future similar destabilizing crises, because it gives more developing countries than Iran, and we all together know that. We will fight steadily against the threat of the further spread further of massenvernichtungswaffen.

In the past year Russia seized the initiative for the creation of multilateral centers for uranium enrichment. We are open for it that such centers are formed not only in Russia, but also in other countries, where peaceful nuclear energy on legal basis exists. States, which would like to develop atomic energy, it could be guaranteed that they receive fuel by the direct participation in the work of these centers, naturally under strict control of the IAEA.

With the Russian suggestions also the last initiatives of the president of the United States of America George Bush agree. I think that Russia and the USA are interested to their acquisition objectively and on same stage in the stabilization that regime for the nicht-Weiterverbreitung by massenvernichtungswaffen and the means. In particular our countries, which are prominent in their nuclear and rocket-technical potentials, must become also prominent during the elaboration of new, more exact measures in the sphere of the nicht-Weiterverbreitung. Russia is ready for this work. We stand in consultations with our American friends.

Altogether it must concern to stimuli, according to which states would not be interested in it the creation of a whole system of political incentives and economic stimuli -, to create own abilities for the nuclear fuel cycle but the possibility would have of developing the atomic energy and its energetic potential of strengthening.

Co-operation

In connection with it I would like to talk somewhat more in detail about international energy co-operation. Mrs. Bundeskanzlerin spoke already briefly about it, mentioned, affected this topic. In the energy sector Russia orients itself at the creation of uniform market principles and transparent conditions. It is obvious that the price must be intended for sources of energy by the market and the subject of political speculations, economic pressure or extortion are not.

We are open for co-operation. Foreign societies participate in our most important energy projects. According to different estimates come to foreign capital up to 26 per cent of the oil production in Russia - consider you please this number -, up to 26 per cent of the oil production in Russia. If you try, try, to call me an example of a similarly broad participation of Russian enterprises at schluesselsektoren of the economy of western countries. There are not such examples! There are not such examples!

I remind also of the relationship between investments, which are transacted in Russia, and those, which go out of Russia into other countries in the world. The relationship amounts to fifteen to one. There they have a clear example of openness and stability of the Russian economy. Economic security is a sphere, in which to all uniform principles must apply. We are ready to compete fair.

For this reason there are more and more possibilities in the Russian economy. Experts and our foreign partners evaluate this dynamics objectively. Thus the Rating Russia in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Euro was recently increased: From the fourth group of risks ascended our country into third. I would like to use gladly the opportunity to thank here today in Munich our German colleagues for the assistance with the acceptance of this decision.

Further. As you know, the process of the entry of Russia to the World Trade Organization stepped into its final stage. I mark the fact that we in the process of long, not simple negotiations not only once words over the liberty of the word, over which, over same possibilities heard liberty of the trade but exclusively for any reason with reference to ours, the Russian market.

And still another important topic, which affects directly global security. Today many speak about the fight against poverty. What here actually happens? On the side for aid programmes for the poorest countries financial resources are sufficient - and sometimes considerable financial resources. In accordance with the fundamental documents the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Euro is called to help the member states on their requirement with the attention of international standards in the area of the human rights. That is an important task. We support that. But that means interference into internal affairs of other countries, and above all not to prescribe for these states how they are to live and develop.

It is obvious that such interference is not under any circumstances suitable to carry the development of really democratic states. In the opposite, it makes dependent and in the Konsquenz unstable on political and economical level.

We expect that the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Euro is led by its direct tasks and relations with sovereigns states on the basis of respect, confidence and transparency arranges.

To the conclusion I would like to notice the following. We hear frequently, I personally hear very often appeals of our partners, under it also the European partners to play at Russia, a importantly more active role in the world.

In this relationship I take the liberty a small note. It is hardly necessary to encourage us for it. Russia is a country with one more than 1000jaehrigen history and had practically always the privilege to be able to operate an independent foreign policy. We do not intend to change today this tradition. We see good at the same time, like the world changed, we evaluate realistically our own possibilities and our own potential. And naturally we would like to have to do a prospering with responsible persons and independent partners, with whom together we can work on the building of a fair and democratic world order, in we security to ensure and not for chosen one, but for all.

IN READING WHAT FOLLOWS, NOTE THE FOLLOWING EQUATION:

1. Without the Iraq War, which started as a bank raid, there is no way they can continue hiding the illegal money.

We are now in a position to provide the international financial community with a summary of some of the key developments in the dollar crisis, which are not being report in the ‘mainstream’ media. The crisis, which is now almost certain to become the biggest financial catastrophe in human history, has arisen specifically and solely because the criminal operatives holding past and present high office in the United States thought they could continue their off-balance sheet fiat money scamming operations as though it is ‘Business as Usual’, and avoid remitting Ambassador Leo Wanta and his Virginia-based AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., the $4.5 trillion tagged and earmarked in their names, and illegally retained at Goldman Sachs.

Apart from the $1.0 trillion worth of US currency held by the Chinese in their foreign exchange reserves, and lesser amounts held as official reserves with other key central banks, the Ambassador’s $4.5 trillion are the ‘only’ hard dollars cash available. Because of the impact of our last report [3rd December 2006], and in the context of the horrifying developments reported below, and other horrendous developments not reported here, the Chinese cannot even change these dollars into other convertible currencies on the scale that they need to do, if they are not to lose almost the entire value of them, when the US dollar collapses, as is about to happen.

WHAT THESE RECKLESS CRIMINALS HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN DOING
Here is what has taken place in recent days. Using the money stolen via the deceitful, fraudulent Treasury ‘data burst’ of 17th November 2006 as explained in our posting on this website on 3rd December [see ARCHIVE], plus funds that the official US criminal operatives have been siphoning offshore through their fraudulent trading operations, the criminal operatives (who are named below) ALSO borrowed against CREDIT DERIVATIVE INSTRUMENTS, creating a pool of funds with which to buy US dollars and sell the EU Collective Currency, with a view to taking the profits (usually ranging between 10% and 15%) between the values.

The resulting profit pool was being run by Deutsche Bank in Berlin, Geneva and Frankfurt and was being used to drive down the overall valuations of UBS, Credit Suisse and key French banks – the objective being to create such profound economic and financial problems for these banks that their valuations would be reduced to such a marked extent that Deutsche Bank, in particular, could then buy them up cheaply.

This confirms our own suspicions, which have become clearer in recent months, that the Swiss institutions, have understood the geopolitical objectives of Deutsche Bank, which is allegedly the primary institution used by Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst (DVD), Dachau, in craven pursuit of its Nazi Continuum global hegemony strategy. The Pan-German Nazis appear to have become rather disillusioned with the Swiss instinct for eternal independence, and the Swiss institutions have become aware of long-range German strategic intentions with respect to Switzerland’s prized and ancient political independence.

ARTIFICIAL NAKED SHORT POSITION AGAINST THE U.S. DOLLAR
A very senior European banker, well known to Ambassador Wanta and to Michael C. Cottrell, the Treasurer of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, strenuously warned the criminal operatives concerned (see below) not to create AN ARTIFICIAL NAKED SHORT AGAINST THE US DOLLAR by using borrowed money for the purpose – i.e., naked gambling the integrity of the dollar: but these madmen went ahead with this scheme anyway. The European banks, being no fools, figured out what they were up to; and when Ambassador Wanta was again NOT PAID the $4.5 trillion on 20th November 2006, the European banks took immediate action to dump their dollars on a large scale.

When a gambler undertakes a NAKED SHORT, he loses BOTH the money contributed for the gamble AND the money borrowed as well. In other words, a NAKED SHORT gambler LOSES TWICE HIS MONEY, or far more than that, depending on whatever leveraging input he was using.

And that is what happened, following dissemination worldwide of our posting dated 3rd December 2006. So when George Herbert Walker Bush Sr. was televised weeping at a podium in Florida, guess why he was weeping?

BECAUSE HE HAD JUST LOST A GOODLY PROPORTION OF THE FIAT 370 TRILLION DOLLARS THAT HE HAD PREVIOUSLY CONTROLLED, DUE TO THE RECKLESS NAKED SHORT TRANSACTION.

The conspirators got caught in mid-play, and lost their shirts and trillions upon trillions of dollars, as a direct consequence of our authorised posting dated 3rd December 2006 [see ARCHIVE]. Their NAKED SHORT transaction failed.

WACHOVIA, B of A NOW SAID TO BE TECHNICALLY BANKRUPT
While former President George H. W. Bush Sr. wept for himself and on behalf of the DVD, of which he is allegedly the head, before the television cameras, one of the key investigators working with the Ambassador brought in the CIA (under USA Patriot Act etc legislation) to undertake certain measures to stave off the bankruptcy of Wachovia Bank and Bank of America (which is in fact the CIA’s main banking arm).

At midnight European time on 5th-6th December, the Bank of Spain and Santander Bank agreed to get their representatives together in Geneva, with representatives of the Federal Reserve and, it is believed, the Treasury. The purpose of the gathering was to be to ‘work out’ means of enabling the Federal Reserve, the Treasury and key US institutions to ‘stay solvent’.

On 6th December, the Boards of Directors of Wachovia Bank and Bank of America met to plan a merger, but essentially only agreed to agree to come to a decision. They may have no time even to prepare the relevant documents before their respective roofs fall in. Tiles were already crashing to the ground all day on the 6th.

OFF-BALANCE SHEET FUNDS MATERIALISE AT SANTANDER BANK
Meanwhile, ALL OF A SUDDEN, funds appeared from OFF THE BOOKS (please make a note of this, in view of what follows) at Santander Bank, which were available to collateralise a transaction through Union Bank of Switzerland and Credit Suisse ostensibly to facilitate payment of the $4.5 trillion to Ambassador Leo Wanta, via a syndication of large banks consisting of Bank of America, Wachovia Bank and J. P. Morgan, to be arranged by Banco de Espana (Central Bank of Spain). This crazy bank syndication is being put together ‘as we speak’.

According to European bankers who are in a position to gauge the situation accurately, the reverberations of the NAKED SHORT catastrophe will hit the United States this Friday, 8th December 2006.

The syndication arrangement is being put together in extremis and under duress by the conspirators, in order to save their backsides and all other parts of their anatomies. They choose to overlook the fact that the Ambassador/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, are the only parties on the stage owning legitimate money. All other parties are dealing in illegitimate fiat ‘funny’ money which is derivatives-based, collateralised, and hypothecated out to infinity.

DERIVATIVES OVERHANG ESTIMATED AT $1,140 TRILLION
While it is complacently alleged by some that the volume of derivatives contracts outstanding is worth anything from $370 trillion (the volume putatively owned before the NAKED SHORT fiasco by George Bush Sr. (DVD)), and other estimates put the derivatives overhang at around $770 trillion, the actual volume of the overhang is estimated by the Ambassador and Mr Cottrell as being of the order of $1,140 trillion.

However since these transactions are untaxed and handled off-balance sheet, there is no way to prove the aggregate amount outstanding. The entire derivatives ‘Ponzi Game’ pyramid is now at risk, and in any case, only those in at the base of the pyramid have a melting icicle’s chance in hell of ever getting paid.

And hell is where we are all now headed, thanks to the rampant, uncontrolled criminality of the perpetrators listed above, their criminalised intermediary associates, and the corrupt banks which thought the music would never stop.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS DEAL?
IT’S A TRAP AND ANOTHER SCAM, NATURLICH: SO IT AIN’T GONNA GO NO PLACE
Let us briefly review what is ‘wrong’ with the ‘deal’ that the perpetrators intend to ‘impose’ upon the Ambassador as a ‘fait accompli’:

• NUMBER ONE: This is a scam built to implode BECAUSE IT STARTS OFF WITH OFF-BALANCE SHEET FUNDS AND VIOLATES ‘SOURCES OF FUNDS’, SO THAT IT WILL BE STOPPED AT THE FIRST TRANCHE.
The ‘source of funds’ is illegitimate.

• NUMBER TWO: When the first tranche is duly stopped, the criminal operatives will say: ‘OH, GEE, WE PAID YOU. WHAT A PITY YOU DON’T HAVE ANY MONEY’. That is the intention, and the purpose of this posting is to make it quite clear to the international financial community that the Ambassador and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., will have NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS DESPERATE SCAM WHATSOEVER. If asked, Mr Cottrell will advise the conspirators where to put it.

• NUMBER THREE: The transaction is not intended to be paid into the Leo Wanta/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc.'s securities account with Morgan Stanley, New York, but rather to the custody of a bank: and neither of the Principals will deal with defrauding bankers. The history of their recent behaviour speaks for itself.

By way of an interjection here, on 1st December 2006, President George W. Bush Jr. demanded that certain foreign Ambassadors to the United States be recalled to their home capitals. The foreign powers concerned responded, in unison, that they would not adhere to this demand. In other words, the President was given a ‘flea in his ear’.

The Ambassadors that George Bush II wanted out of the way were – SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE – the Ambassadors who have been talking to Leo Wanta.

CHINESE STAND TO LOSE VALUE OF THEIR REAL $1.0 TRILLION
Having been notified of this latest Bush II Administration payment scam, AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, has asked to speak directly to the relevant Chinese official parties. The Chinese now face the severe risk that the value of their $1.0 trillion, which they cannot dump anywhere in any quantity, will be reduced to a paltry amount in the near future, as a direct consequence of this rolling criminal financial crisis. Mr Paulson, who has signature authority over the REAL HARD CASH $4.5 TRILLION THAT IS OWNED, TAGGED AND EARMARKED FOR Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and his AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, is continuing, like an automaton, to drive the dollar downwards, hoping to stitch up some kind of deal next week in Beijing. The Ambassador and his Treasurer, Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., await the Chinese parties’ response. If they are to hang on to the value of their $1.0 trillion, they will need to avoid the familiar temptation to countenance any delay. Otherwise they, like the rest of us, will be crucified.

The approach to the Chinese parties was made on 4th December, when AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. submitted a formal request for assistance to the People’s Republic of China, in the mutual interest, so as to ensure that both the United States and China do not suffer the same fate in the immediate future. The formal request contains the following statement, which the Editor of International Currency Review is authorised to cite verbatim:

‘Our efforts since June 2006 to secure this economic receipt via the Department of the US Treasury have proven to have been futile’.

SCAMS AIMED AT NON-PERFORMANCE OF WANTA SETTLEMENT –
SO THAT GOLDMAN SACHS (ISRAEL) KEEPS THE $4.5 TRILLION
This latest scam, together will all the earlier scams, and the naked short operation, are and have been associated with the perpetrators’ continuing intention not to pay the Ambassador the $4.5 trillion formally agreed on 12th December 2005, and signed off by President Bush Jr. himself, by
the US Treasury Secretary du jour, by the Federal Reserve Chairman du jour, by Supreme Court Justices, and by leading US legislators. The signatures of all these people have turned out to be WORTHLESS AND FRAUDULENT, as all are in breach of the formal agreement in question.

By reneging on their formal, signed undertakings, these officials and legislators have jointly and severally destroyed the ‘Full Faith and Credit of the United States’. No-one can trust anything that US Treasury Secretary Paulson says or does any more, not least since he presides over the most outrageous and culpable conflict of interest in world financial history.

As the former CEO of Goldman Sachs, he holds signatory power over the Ambassador’s tagged
and earmarked $4.5 trillion, and has chosen to enable his former institution to hold on to the money. This is a criminal act, and implies that the State of Israel, along with Germany (because of the reckless agenda of DVD, Dachau), are the United States’ real, unrecognised enemies. Perhaps this crisis will force Americans to understand this reality at last, and to take the necessary steps to bring the de facto enmity of these two powers to a peremptory end.

The Editor, of International Currency Review, who has always been favourably disposed towards Israel, points out that if the American people get to understand the above reality, there will be a violent anti-Jewish backlash – something that Goldman Sachs appears to have overlooked in its greed to hold on to the Ambassador’s real $4.5 trillion.

PREVARICATION BY CHINA, OR FAILURE BY PAULSON
TO ORDER THE $4.5 TRILLION TO BE CREDITED TO WANTA, WILL BE FATAL
Most informed observers ‘on the inside track’, tell us that if, for instance, the Chinese stall in their response to the Ambassador until next week - or Paulson does not release the $4.5 trillion which he and Goldman Sachs have effectively stolen, by next week - there will be an almighty Day of Reckoning beginning on the foreign exchange markets, triggering the dreaded global derivatives overhang implosion, and rocking stock markets all around the world. It is never possible to be
sure when such developments happen, but what is usually the case is that one or a combination
of events triggers a systemic cascading effect, which is what is now expected.

The fact that the ‘mainstream’ media are not covering this millennial crisis is not interesting. Whether financial journalists other than poor Bill Plante, of CBS News (see 3rd December posting) are being intimidated by the Bush Administration’s thugs, is not known. What the events since June 2006 demonstrate in our context is that the ‘mainstream’ media is completely irrelevant. It has missed the boat and, like the rest of us, will be left to pick up the pieces.

Its editors will want to know why this crisis has been ignored by their brainwashed writers, and will get no coherent answers.

BANKERS FLY TO CORRUPT SPANISH LAST CHANCE SALOON
It is understood that representatives from Wachovia Bank, Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase, are flying urgently to Spain, to stitch this latest scam together with the Bank of Spain and Santander Bank. This posting puts all parties on notice that the scam will not ‘fly’ and that the Ambassador and his Treasurer will not be parties to it. It cannot be imposed upon them without their consent, and this consent is withheld.

SUBSIDIARY AND PARALLEL POINTS OF RELEVANCE:
• US intelligence operatives admitted on 6th December that the National Security Agency (NSA) has been systematically attacking and shutting down the computers of Ambassador Leo Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S.. In fact the Editor is aware that the NSA has been attacking Mr Cottrell’s computers non-stop since April, this year, if not much earlier. The way this is done, and the use of NSA computer-targeting ops to steal business, are described in the recently published double issue of International Currency Review, which has exposed a great deal of the illegal activity which is now on its last legs. It’s too bad these criminals didn’t clean up their act sooner.

• Our posting dated 3rd December, which stated the facts then known accurately,
is directly responsible for triggering these latest ramifications. It must therefore be sharply pointed out that the chaos which is now ensuing or imminent is directly and exclusively the consequence of criminal financial operations conducted inter alia by the perpetrators named above. We are merely observers and reporters.

• Tony Blair, the British Prime Minister, is visiting Washington ‘as we speak’. He
is reported to be aware of the situation, but is not equipped to have a clue what to
do about it. The Chancellor of the Exchequer’s staff failed to communicate with the Editor of this service last week, as reported in our posting dated 3rd December. This was a grave error on their part.

• US television viewers were denied, on 5th-6th December, grim scenes that were broadcast on Britain’s ITN Seven O’clock News on 5th December. Specifically, Jon Snow, the anchor, appeared in Baghdad, where he was televised under the ‘crossed swords monument’, among a very large column of stationery US military vehicles. American troops were pictured lolling against their vehicles, chewing gum and picking at their teeth with toothpicks. Jon Snow explained that the column could not risk travelling along the airport road in the daytime, and so was sitting there immobilised until very late at night, when travelling to the airport would be safer.

• If this is the situation now, in two weeks’ time, the armoured vehicles and troops will ironically be stuck, immobilised beneath Saddam’s ‘crossed swords monument’, where of course they are a sitting target. It follows that the various documents being generated in Washington to yank the President off the hook on which he has impaled himself, and to salvage this catastrophic situation, are a complete waste of time.

• The catastrophic failure of American power in Iraq coincides with the catastrophic failure of the Bush II Administration to order payment of Leo Wanta’s REAL HARD CASH $4.5 trillion , which will be used to provide the basis for a REFUNDING of the United States’ financially decadent (because debt-funded) economy. The awful combination of these two extreme crises, and their coincidence, spells the end of US military power and threatens to inflict a massive and very rapid decline in the standard of living of most Americans – which could have revolutionary consequences.

• The attack on Iraq was a bank raid. Among its key objectives were (a) to seize control of the Central Bank of Iraq and to seize its gold. We were informed two years or so ago that about 100 special operatives involved in this operation were killed when they were deliberately left ‘in harm’s way’ by the US military; but we now understand that this figure was much higher. These people were sacrificed so that they would not survive to report what happened. Knowledge of this assault, giga-theft and atrocity exists because the events were recorded by several Iraqi sources. The second objective (b) was to obtain control over Saddam Hussein’s ‘personal’ bank, Rafidain Bank, so that the General Management could be changed and then instructed to grant access to what we were told amounted to $17 trillion of assets, but which we now understand is a far higher figure. These assets are reported to be held at the London branch, and may have been frozen or stolen by the British authorities, who appear to be heavily involved in these scams.

• The Rest of the World, led by China, will go down the toilet with the United States as a direct consequence of these criminals’ behaviour. The EU Collective Currency will be unable to handle the pressure, and will itself implode, after an appreciation against the degraded US dollar which will blow the European Union Collective apart.

Henry M. Paulson, the US Treasury Secretary, is well on the way towards earning a reputation as the most dangerously complacent operative ever to have occupied his high position. His reckless and obtuse behaviour with respect to the Wanta Settlement, which he has hijacked, has wrecked any prospect of 'business as usual', and has virtually ensured that he and his co-conspirators will, in the course of time, find themselves arraigned for corruption, conspiracy to steal the funds of others, and as accessories to the fact of multiple felonies, listed in our earlier postings.

COLLAPSE OF INTERNATIONAL CONFIDENCE, AS PREDICTED
The factor that he and his bewildered and frightened colleagues appear to have overlooked is the small problem of INTERNATIONAL CONFIDENCE. Given the deep penetration of our postings on the Leo Wanta crisis internationally since last June, all who matter in worldwide positions of power, have had to watch speechless as the US authorities have played fast and loose with the $4.5 trillion tagged and earmarked for Ambassador Leo Wanta and his Virginia-based corporation, AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., corruptly maximising these REAL US dollars for self-enrichment and 'hole-plugging' purposes – as the financial world awaits in horror the impending maturities in the ‘Ponzi Game’ derivatives sector, which is now believed to aggregate in the quadrillions of dollars.

Significant maturities are imminent THIS MONTH, on top of the defaults registered in London and other European centres by early November, which were then reported as amounting to some $4.275 trillion. This figure is now believed to be much higher.

NEW LIE: PAULSON IS ‘MANAGING’ THE DOLLAR’S DEPRECIATION
Furthermore, in the past two weeks or so, a new deception has crept into the picture. Specifically, ill-informed media pundits have latched on to the depreciating dollar as indicative of a grandiose and subtle strategy being executed by Hank M. (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson in the interests of diminishing the US trade deficit, which now roughly equates, in a single year, to the $1.0 trillion value of China's reported foreign exchange reserves. According to this perception, Hank ‘Conflict-of-Interest’ Paulson is engaged in a currency realignment engineering exercise on the basis of a measured plan that will benefit everyone, including the Man in the Moon.

Unfortunately, a review of international economic analyses by newspaper pundits on both sides of the Atlantic over the past month reveals that these people often have NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE WRITING ABOUT. The language they use is locked into outdated concepts of inflation, interest rate policy, money supply, housing market data, labour market indicators, and 'the latest numbers' which are variously said to please or to alarm Wall Street, depending on the time of day – thereby in some unexplained manner influencing the price of the dollar on the foreign exchanges.

The US dollar's cascading depreciation is NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THE USUAL CLAPTRAP WRITTEN IN A HURRY TO MEET PRESS DEADLINES BY ECONOMIC ANALYSTS IN THE MEDIA.

On the contrary, it is 100% the consequence of the cack-handed, corrupt, devious, irregular and culpable mishandling, since last June, of the Wanta Settlement. In accordance with the agreement signed off on 12th December 2005 by the President, the Vice-President, the Treasury Secretary du jour, the Supremes, and key American legislators, it should have been implemented with effect from the beginning of July 2006 but was hijacked first by President George W. Bush while en route to the St Petersburg Summit Meeting, and later, in a series of devious and deceitful manoeuvres, by Mr Conflict-of-Interest himself.

We all know that a certain type of American never looks beyond the borders of the United States: but the fact, like it or not, is that THE REST OF THE WORLD IS BEYOND DISGUSTED AT THE LIES, SCAMS, SHENANIGANS, DECEITFUL MANOEUVRES AND CHICAGO-STYLE BANDITRY THAT THE PRESENT BUNCH OF BANK ROBBERS HOLDING OFFICE IN WASHINGTON HAS PERPETRATED SINCE THE SUMMER MONTHS.

As a consequence, the Rest of the World – which, in case some Americans have not yet realised it, IS MUCH BIGGER THAN THE UNITED STATES ALONE AND IS UNDER NO CONTINUING OBLIGATION TO USE AMERICA’S DEGRADING CURRENCY AS THE WORLD'S INTERVENTION AND OIL/GAS EXPORT DENOMINATION UNIT – has realised that the crooks in charge can never be trusted again and has therefore decided to ditch its dollar holdings as quickly as possible.

OUR 2nd SEPTEMBER PREDICTIONS ARE THUS BEING FULFILLED
This is precisely as we predicted in our posting dated 2nd September 2006*. And believe it or not, those responsible for this state of affairs have read all our reports almost immediately they have been posted. WE WARNED THEM WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THEY DIDN'T FINALISE THE LEO WANTA SETTLEMENT: AND THESE IDIOTS TOOK NO NOTICE. They stupidly thought they could continue their corrupt 'business as usual', and FORGOT ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL CONFIDENCE FACTOR.

MAKING THE CURRENT SITUATION FAR, FAR WORSE, IS THE GHASTLY FACT THAT THE OVERHANG OF ‘PONZI GAME’ DERIVATIVES, NOW BELIEVED TO BE IN THE QUADRILLIONS OF U.S. DOLLARS, IS FACING A BULGE OF MATURITIES THIS MONTH. There is accordingly some suspicion that certain forces in Washington have been prepared to deploy their manipulation of the Wanta Settlement crisis as a means of baiting the international financial community to dump the dollar, so that the derivatives Day of Reckoning, which is imminent, will somehow be less devastating.

If true, this is a policy of extreme desperation which invites the prospect of the worst possible outcome – that the US dollar cascade will overshoot, driving sterling way beyond $2.0, towards $3.0, which will destroy the British economy, and will push the European Collective Currency – which is underpinned by NOTHING, since NO SOVEREIGN GOVERNMENT CONTROLS IT, whatever the aggressive Germans may believe – to a level which will tear the Eurozone apart.

Moreover the Bank of England is engaged in reckless transactions, using multiple hypothecation techniques resulting in the off-balance sheet accumulation of American dollars, which have been depreciating faster than it can accumulate them. When the black dust settles, if it ever does, this institution will need to be investigated – since it appears to be a co-conspirator, within the closed central banking system, with the official financial operatives in Washington who are systematically destabilising the international financial system for personal, untaxed gain.

Since the Rest of the World is dumping dollars because it has lost confidence in the 'Full Faith and Credit of the United States' as it has watched the White House, the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve play cynical games with Ambassador Wanta’s hard dollar cash, it is instructive to review, for example, what shenanigans transpired in the single month of November 2006, adding to the global disquiet. Detailed notesd are taken and retained of every development in this crisis.

DIARY OF U.S. OFFICIAL SCAMMING OPS. DURING NOVEMBER 2006
Bear in mind in all this that the Chinese parties have been lied to on several occasions by Mr Henry ‘Conflict-of-Interest’ Paulson, whose former institution, of which he was CEO, is sitting on Ambassador Wanta’s $4.5 trillion and is make use of it irregularly and without the Ambassador's permission for self-enrichment and 'hole-filling', or 'backfilling' purposes.

The following diary, which is published by permission of the Ambassador and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., the Treasurer of AmeriTrust Groupe Inc., illustrates how the corrupt US bank robbers misled the Chinese authorities, the Vatican and the Ambassador and Mr Cottrell during the month of November and early December:

• 01 November 2006: Donald L Kohn (Federal Reserve and Bank for International Settlements official) and Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson actively prevent the distribution of Ambassador Wanta’s $4.5 trillion, whereas Federal Reserve Chairman Dr Ben S. Bernanke and a Mr McCurdy,
of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, have jointly signed off.

• 02 November: Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta is notified by a Mr Frazier of the Wisconsin Department of Revenue that he owes $43,304.42 of State tax, which is not true. The computation even displays a sum of illegally charged State tax amounting to $14,129 which was paid twice in 1992 under protest, even though Mr Wanta had been non-resident and working abroad on US Government intelligence work on the direct instructions of President Reagan since 1985.

On hearing of this latest abomination, the Editor of this service downed tools and produced a special 24-page Supplement entitled ‘WISCONSIN TAXATION GESTAPO FRAUD’ which definitively demonstrates how the Wisconsin tax authorities have perpetrated a conspiratorial fraud against Leo Wanta since 1992, under instructions originally from the Clinton White House (1).

The Supplement displays the relevant tax documents and shows how this fraud was perpetrated. Its purpose was to provide the pretext for Wanta’s ‘takedown’, so that the ‘Box Gang’ (Clinton criminals + Bush criminals) could steal, divert, misappropriate, collateralise, and hypothecate,
with their corrupt banking and trading intermediary co-conspirators and accessories to the fact of innumerable felonies – while the CIA lied systematically that the Ambassador was long since DEAD.

When he ceased to be dead in 2005, the crooks panicked and negotiated the Wanta Settlement (with the US Government signatories evidently signing in bad faith, but nevertheless responsible for having approved the Settlement). See note (1) below, and the 24-page Wisconsin Supplement which was distributed worldwide along with International Currency Review 31, 3-4, on 22nd November (2), (3).

• 02 November: The US Treasury is notified of discrepancies in the new electronic trading system which – SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, AND YET AGAIN, SURPRISE – allows funds to be diverted off-balance sheet. In other words, the means of perpetrating officially sanctioned criminal financial operations is purposely integrated into the brand new American electronic trading system, shortly to be implemented. This will enable the financial criminalists to continue their untaxed off-balance sheet carousel ad infinitum (they had hoped),

• 04 November: The Chinese parties notify the Ambassador and his colleague, Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., that they will have received the official authority to proceed with their decision to pay the $4.5 trillion to the Ambassador/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., by 6th November 2006. It will be recalled that the Chinese parties had earlier informed the American authorities that if they did not fulfil their clear obligations to Ambassador Wanta/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, they reserved the right to do so instead of the Americans. Their motivations include the fact that the only two Americans they trust are the Ambassador (whom they trust because of his impeccable record in fulfilling his obligations towards them many years ago), and their extreme concern that the amoral and disreputable behaviour of the US authorities will lead to a world catastrophe, in which the Chinese economy, like that of the Rest of the World, will be smashed. These fears are well grounded, and reflect inter alia our posted warnings dated 2nd September 2006*, also published in International Currency Review.

• 05 November: The respected journalist Bill Plante, of CBS News, who is investigating the crisis surrounding the US Treasury’s non-performance on the Wanta Settlement, and who is staying in Washington DC, is approached and threatened by US Government security thugs, and told to ‘get out of town’. This, by the way, is the first-ever reported information concerning an attempt by the ‘mainstream’ media to catch up with this service, and to start reporting the truth about this
high-level corruption.

• 09 November: Enforcement authorities at the Vatican inform Michael C. Cottrell, M.S. that Settlement of the Wanta $4.5 trillion will take place immediately. This suggests either than the Vatican has hard information, or else that it has been taught by the Bush Sr. operatives how to deploy their favourite little nasty trick, of indicating that all is well – promising the earth in bad
faith, with no intention of performing.

• 09 November: One of the associates of Ambassador Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., who has been helping with this Settlement, has his personal, joint and corporate bank accounts frozen by the US Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security (a.k.a. the US Ministry of State Security), on the ground that he had been professionally helping the Ambassador and AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. This thuggish, Soviet-style behaviour shows to what extreme lengths the criminals in power in Washington will go to protect their interests, stolen assets and backsides. Unfortunately for all the perpetrators concerned, the worm has turned and their reprobate financial scamming operations, which they thought would never be found out, let alone publicised, are being exposed BIG TIME.

• 10 November: Ambassador Leo Wanta is informed that all the large international banks that are not engaged in nefarious carousel transactions are extremely annoyed and upset at the continuing reprobate and illegal non-performance of the US Treasury on the Wanta Settlement. This has been known for some time, but now the matter is made formally known to the Ambassador.

• 11 November: Investigators associated with the Ambassador and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., advise that the following officials are seeking to prevent payment of the Wanta Settlement (and associated payments):

• Lawrence Stevens, a US Treasury official.
• Donald L. Kohn, the Federal Reserve and Bank for International Settlements official.
• Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson, US Treasury Secretary.
• Joshua Bolten, White House Chief of Staff.

Also seeking to prevent the Settlement are Wachovia, New York, & First Union Bankers, New York.

All the above were specifically identified as seeking by all means possible to prevent the Wanta Settlement. By contrast, investigators revealed that the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board,
Dr Bernanke, now (as above) wants it completed without further ado.

• 13 November: The new electronic trading system, complete with its built-in facility to enable funds to be diverted off-balance sheet so that the crooks can continue to benefit from the carousel, goes operational (United States to London and/or Berlin).

• 14 November: Someone tries to hack in to the US Treasury’s computer system, as a result of which the system is completely shut down (how convenient: see below).

• 14 November: The Vatican pressurises the White House and the US Treasury to perform on the Wanta Settlement. It is reported that Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson finally agrees to complete the Wanta Settlement. As will be shown, this ‘transformation’ turns out to be false, deceptive, devious, reprobate and illegal.

• 15 November: By authorisation, an associate of the Ambassador and of Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., submits a written communication to Senator Schumer of New York, in an attempt to establish communication with the US Treasury, which, like sulking school children, has steadfastly refused to communicate with the Ambassador and with Mr Cottrell – for the simple reason that they know they are in the wrong and they cannot face being given Grievous Bodily Harm of the Earhole by Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., who should himself be US Treasury Secretary.

• The only known response from Hank Conflict is the previously reported torrent of arrogant verbal oppression: ‘I control the show, I decide when and how to release the funds, if I decide to pay…’. This arrogance reflects inter alia the fact that President George W. Bush Jr,. whose motto is ‘You boys decide’, has delegated all his powers to Mr Conflict – making him not only Treasury Secretary, but the Chief Economic Adviser as well. It is foolish in the extreme for the holder of real power to delegate any of it. The only possible consequence is invariably that the recipient usurps the power of the donor – which is precisely what has happened, as this man continues along his path of destroying the international financial system.

• 16 November: Investigators notify Leo Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., that:

• Wachovia Bank (New York) has defied three Federal Reserve Directives and one Federal Reserve Order to make the Wanta payment (and seven other payments).

• 16 November: Auditors appear at the doors of Wachovia Bank, New York, at 8.30 am and prevent it opening. The auditors examine the books from 8.30 am to 11.00 am, when the bank opens its doors, indicating that it has no money to make the payments. This is because [see below] the funds have been illegally diverted, in collusion with the Treasury, ensuring on behalf of Mr Conflict-of-Interest, former CEO of Goldman Sachs, that Goldman hangs on illegally to the real dollar cash $4.5 trillion owned by and tagged in the names of Ambassador Wanta and his Commonwealth of Virginia-based corporation, AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc.

• 16 November: Senator Schumer’s office personnel provide ‘cover-up services’ on behalf of the White House and the Treasury, stating that ‘no-one knows anything about’ the situation regarding the letter submitted to his office dated 15th November. Note: If Goldman Sachs is acting for the Government of Israel in an operation to retain the $4.5 trillion, then it would follow that Senator Schumer might be part of this conspiracy. Unfortunately for all perpetrators, it is not going to be possible for any of them to wriggle out of the trap they have built for themselves. Indeed, if these scams continue, every single perpetrator of financial crimes that can be identified, will be systematically exposed, as the scandal spreads wider and wider.

• 16 November: David ‘Wayne’ Smith, reportedly a close friend of Vice President Richard Cheney, attempts to ‘quieten down’ the situation. Too late! The network of official and co-conspiratorial corruption is being exposed in ‘real time’, much to the surprise and anger of all concerned – who have yet to learn the commonsense virtues of straightforwardness, transparency, honesty and good faith which are the globally acknowledged attributes and standards of Leo Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S.

• 16 November: A Vatican source declares that the Wanta Settlement payment will be effected on 17th November. This raises [see below] the important question as to whether the Vatican is now part of the conspiracy. If its high officials have made the grave mistake of entering into a further pact with the Devil, they will discover in the course of time (if not very shortly) that the people they are dealing with are snakes and are liable to turn on them, or to perpetrate serial frauds against them. So the Cardinals had better do some quick thinking before they find out the worst. In this connection, they should be extremely cautious of the blandishments of Dr Henry Kissinger, who is allegedly acting as an emissary for George H. W. Bush Sr. – who allegedly succeeded him as Grand Capo of Deutsche Verteidigungs Dienst (DVD), Dachau, the secret ‘Black’ Nazi Continuum which is the primary source of all the disturbances wracking the world today, and which formulates its global Pan-German strategy on the basis of the Madrid German Geopolitical Centre’s dictum that ‘For us, the war never ended’ [‘Fur uns ist der Krieg niemals vorbei’].

• 17 November: The US Treasury sends a Data Transmittal (‘Data Burst’) for the transfer and delivery of the $4.5 trillion +++ payments: US TREASURY – FEDERAL RESERVE – BANK OF AMERICA (Los Angeles) – WACHOVIA BANK (New York) – ALL ACCOUNTS.

• 17 November: WACHOVIA BANK DIRECTS THE PAYMENTS TO HSBC (Birmingham, United Kingdom), and Deutsche Bank, Berlin, via MR ROBERT ARMENTA (so-called ‘Compliance Officer’, Federal Reserve Bank of New York) and MR DONALD TRUSLOW (Wachovia, New York). This information was provided by a US Treasury Compliance Officer.

• 17 November: Chinese parties advise associates of Ambassador Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., as follows:

1. Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson had approached the Chinese authorities and the Elders with a proposal that they should accept a joint trading venture between China, the US Treasury and AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, Leo Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S.

2. The Chinese parties, reflecting their acutely intelligent understanding of the overall situation, responded that this might be possible ONLY if Ambassador Wanta and Mr Cottrell were to agree.
Of course, this represented yet another device by the Paulson Treasury to erect a false front with a view to scamming the Ambassador. Note however that the Treasury included the Ambassador and Mr Cottrell in their proposal, even though, like school children who have stolen their friend’s dolly, they have refused to communicate directly with the Ambassador and Mr Cottrell, because they know they are in the wrong. That is daily becoming more and more of a gross understatement.

• 18 November: The Chinese authorities advise that if AmeriTrust/Leo Wanta are not paid by 12.00 Noon on Monday 20th November 2006, they will give their expert associates the full authority to make the $4.5 trillion payment directly to Ambassador Leo Wanta and contract. Underlying this stance are two crucial factors:

1: The only Americans they trust are Ambassador Wanta, with whom they had extensive dealings many years ago, and who they know to be a financial expert who can always be relied on to meet his obligations, as he always did in his past dealings with them, and his colleague Michael C. Cottrell, M.S.. By contrast, Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson has lied to them several times – something that Chinese never forget. You should never, ever, lie to a Chinese.

2: The Chinese authorities are extremely concerned that the irresponsible and reckless behaviour of the Bush II authorities will lead to a universal financial and economic catastrophe, in the course of which their economy will be crucified. By making the payment direct to the Ambassador’s Securities Account with Morgan Stanley, New York, they will be assured that the taxed trading programmes which are ‘ready to go’ will generate the appropriate resources for global refunding and stability, preventing the catastrophe that is looming and may be only days or weeks away.

• 18 November: The so-called ‘Compliance Officer’ with Deutsche Bank, New York, admits that Las Vegas – where a sizeable group of criminalised intelligence operatives is based, given that in that city’s environment, they enjoy reliable cover as everyone there is a crook of some kind or another – is the ‘entry point’ for the money laundering of US dollars to ‘mirrored accounts’ at Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt and Berlin. Note: The 17th Floor of Deutsche Bank’s skyscraper in Frankfurt is an offshore centre, and therefore does not form part of the Federal Republic of Germany.

This revelation throws the spotlight on the nefarious drug-related operations of the George Bush Sr. (DVD Chief) component of the ‘Box Gang’, and shows how fiat and drug-trafficking funds are funnelled into the coffers of Deutsche Bank, which is the DVD’s primary operating institution – implementing the DVD’s long-range Nazi Continuum Global Hegemony Strategy, driven by bribery.

• 20 November: Chinese source advises (corroborated by a second reliable source) that President George W. Bush had been sharply urged during the Vietnam Summit Meeting on 18th November by the Chinese Finance Minister to effect the Wanta payment without any further tricks, shenanigans or deceptions. President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, who was present at the meeting, concurred. He is owed $30 billion under the Reagan Protocols, which Ambassador Leo Wanta must disburse.

* 20 November: The US Treasury now wheels out its pre-arranged alibi – which is that Wachovia is uniquely responsible for effecting the payment, since Wachovia had received, and then ‘lost’, the funds. However, the funds disbursed to Wachovia were NOT the hard cash dollar cash funds ($4.5 trillion) which remain tagged and held in the name of Ambassador Leo Wanta and his Commonwealth of Virginia-based AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., but rather ‘shadow’ fiat funds generated by the illegal trading of Leo Wanta’s tagged $4.5 trillion. This deception was perpetrated under the watch and authority of Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson, who has signature authority over the $4.5 trillion illegally held and traded by Goldman Sachs, New York. Unfortunately for Mr Conflict and all perpetrating co-conspirators concerned, this deception was unmasked by us in real time, and the conspirators were caught IN FLAGRANTE.

They have been flailing around like terrified rats in a sack ever since.

* 22 November: The US Treasury, the Federal Reserve and the White House are jointly and openly undermining the US dollar so that the EU Collective Currency and the pound sterling are artificially strengthened, collecting a large pool of US dollars offshore (in the United Kingdom, India and Malaysia), facilitating the generation of massive profits through undertaking trades that discount the value of the US dollar. Additionally:

* They are seeking to drag the United Kingdom and Switzerland into supporting the EU Collective Currency (which, because it is a collective currency controlled by no sovereign power, is actually backed by nothing), rather than the US dollar and/or their own currencies.

* This of course diminishes the value of the Chinese authorities’ $1.0 trillion reported pool of foreign exchange (dollar) reserves.

* These transactions also highlight the idiocy of most financial/economic reporting on the dollar crisis to date by ‘mainstream’ media pundits, who (a) have neglected our reports on this subject since June, (b) are having to run fast to catch up, (c) have still failed to factor in the collapse of confidence generated by the US authorities’ criminal financial operations and manoeuvres to avoid paying out the real hard dollar cash $4.5 trillion tagged and earmarked in the name of Ambassador Wanta and his corporation, and (d) are being intimidated by US Government thugs from reporting this crisis. {However the Editor now has several European ‘mainstream’ journalists who are anxious to ‘break’ the story, and will do so if they, too, are not intimidated likewise].

* 22 November: International Currency Review, Volume 31, Numbers 3 & 4, with the 24-page Supplement on the Wisconsin Taxation Gestapo Fraud, is collected by the Royal Mail from our London premises. It takes several hours to load the very large transporter sent to us for the purpose. The double issue, which consists of 480 pages, is devoted exclusively to the background to the biggest criminal financial conspiracy in the world, which the aforementioned operatives are trying in vain to cover up. It has a picture of Ambassador Leo Wanta, whom the CIA told the international financial community was long since DEAD, on the front cover.

The Supplement makes it clear, inter alia, that the Wisconsin authorities, who have never returned Ambassador Leo Wanta’s sealed diplomatic briefcase, have stolen US Treasury instruments worth $18 billion from it. Facsimiles of banking transactions that involve all the banks listed in our recent posting, are displayed in the journal.

* 24 November: An attempt is made, by a representative seeking to facilitate transactions, to get AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. to approve and participate in a US Treasury Buy/Sell ‘off-balance sheet’ transaction with SKS, a California corporation, via Bank of America. This approach was made to Mr Cottrell not once, but TWICE. Note: the perpetrators of these scams DO NOT, EVEN AT THIS LATE STAGE, SEEM TO HAVE COTTONED ON TO THE FACT THAT MR COTTRELL AND THE AMBASSADOR WILL NEVER COMPROMISE THEIR PRINCIPLES FOR SELF-ENRICHMENT PURPOSES. IF MR COTTRELL HAD BEEN PREPARED TO DO THIS, HE WOULD LONG SINCE HAVE BEEN A TRILLIONARE. WAKE UP, USEFUL IDIOTS!

* 25 November: Another incredible proposition is made by an Arab intermediary, who was no doubt associated with George Bush Sr., to be involved, would you believe, in a vast currency exchange transaction switching $300 trillion into Euro. This would of course destroy the US dollar and would implode the EU Collective Currencyitself, which as indicated above is underpinned by zilch. The brazen effrontery of this latest approach makes it clear that the DVD is fully intent upon inflicting its coup-de-grace on the Americans, as it clearly sees this situation as its last chance to achieve its objective (stated in documents captured by the Allies after World War II) of ‘Building the Thousand-Year Reich on the Ruins of the United States’.

Under the intended global system, it would not, therefore, be the US dollar that acts as the genesis of the intended New World Order global currency, but rather a revived deutschemark, or World Mark. It is worth examining this element of the conspiracy in more detail:

The provider of US dollars under this gross transaction would be a front company operating for the Federal Reserve labelled ‘GESG’ [see: www.GESG.org] via the CIA’s captive bank, Bank of America, Los Angeles, California. The banker involved is a certain Mr Marvic. This is a Black operation of the traitorous ‘German Fifth Column’ within the CIA which, come the revolution that these people seem to be laying the groundwork for, will experience the actual harsh reality of George W. W. Bush Sr.’s reported comment: ‘If the American people knew what we had done, they would string us all up on lamp posts’. The Editor has suggested in several reports that it might not, therefore, be a bad idea to invest in the shares of a street furniture manufacturer.

Mr Cottrell informed the Editor that when the Arab intermediary put this certifiably mad proposal
to him, he responded: ‘If this suggestion comes from George Bush Sr., please inform him where
he should put it’. [The language used was actually more graphic, but since this is a respectable site, we refrain from further information]. The Arab, having apparently acquired the mentality of
his German mentor, responded: ‘Please come back to me when you are feeling better’.

[We need hardly elaborate what colossal damage this abominably reckless Teutonic proposal,
if implemented, would inflict. It would permanently destroy the US dollar and would enable the European criminalists to seize, temporarily, control of the world oil market as no-one would invoice their oil exports in dollars ever again. It shows what evil intentions DVD entertains, and why it will be necessary to ‘take out’ Dachau if this crisis is not resolved, according to British intelligence sources].

* 26 November: Henry (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson is reported to remain unwilling to place any relevant transaction ‘on the books’; yet it is made clear to everyone that the non-participating international banking community has lost all confidence in President Bush and Mr Conflict-of-Interest – not that this comes as any surprise, given how far these nutcases have allowed the situation to deteriorate.

* 27 November: The Vatican, acting as some kind of powerful intermediary, informs AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc, that ‘Payment will be made by 1st December 2006’ – by the Chinese parties, equipped with official authority to transfer $4.5 trillion to Wanta’s Virginia-based corporation’s Securities Account at Morgan Stanley, New York.

* 27 November: The Chinese fail to follow through with this alleged undertaking. Indeed, they
stall all activity, as the US Treasury has informed them that it will effect payment by 1st December – THEIR WAY. Of course, this turns out to be nothing more than yet another stalling tactic, so the Chinese have been ‘shafted’ yet again – and lied to noch einmal by Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson.

* 27 November: European bankers concur with the Vatican that payment of the Wanta Settlement will be effected by 1st December, and that if there is another deception, and payment is not made, they will begin to dump the US dollar in earnest. Payment is not made, and the dollar starts its steep, disorderly depreciation, in precise accordance with our published warning dated 2nd September 2006*.

* 28 November: Mr James R. Wilkinson, at the White House, advises associates of the Ambassador and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S., that ‘it is getting done’, with reference to the effecting of the payment. Note that this assertion is made by the White House notwithstanding the fact that Mr H. M. Conflict procured a week earlier that payment was made to Wachovia, which appears to have misdirected the funds on the basis of the pre-arranged plan coordinated by Mr Conflict-of-Interest. The rats in this rotting sack are thrashing around greedily devouring new holes in the sack and getting hemp all strung up round their throats. Specifically:

* 28 November: Direct pressure is exerted on Federal Reserve Bank Chairman Ben Bernanke and the Federal Reserve Board. But Wachovia Bank, which has alienated or ‘lost’ the ‘shadow’ $4.5 trillion +++, stalls, while the hard US dollar cash tagged and earmarked $4.5 trillion remains with Goldman Sachs. Notwithstanding this fiasco, the Federal Reserve Board again instructs Wachovia to make the payment.

* 28 November: The Chinese authorities formally advise the United States that it must settle the Wanta payment, or else China will promptly diversify its holdings.

* 28 November: It transpires that Prime Minister Tony Blair was informed of this situation via the United Nations Ambassador on 26th November.

* 29 November: Following global delivery of International Currency Review, which exposes the entire conspiracy to ‘take down’ Ambassador Leo Wanta and to steal the $27.5 trillion of which he is Principal, a ‘cone of silence’ descends. The journal gives extensive details, in facsimile, of a large catalogue of massive geofinancial transactions for which Leo Emil Wanta was responsible before his ‘takedown’, thereby revealing which international banks have been illegally using the funds, now worth about $75 trillion.

* 29 November: Unreported in the somnolent ‘mainstream’ media, the Government of Iraq told President George W. Bush in Amman to ‘get out of Iraq’ within 90 days, that is to say, by the end
of February 2007. Following this shock, the US delegation packed their bags and left early. All ‘mainstream’ reporting on this matter has been largely misleading. Note: This setback comes
as an extreme blow to President Bush, since the Iraqi misadventure was a bank robbery – and the ‘black hole’ of Iraq has continued, as under Saddam Hussein, to be used to HIDE ILLEGALLY PROCURED AND UNTAXED FUNDS, WHICH WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER HIDEY-HOLE WHEN THE AMERICANS LEAVE IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2007.

* 30 November: Although it has been known that Dr Henry Kissinger, with his guttural German accent, has been ‘advising’ the Vatican for some time, this fact becomes ‘hard copy’ in late November, following its confirmation in a US Catholic newspaper. So here we have a DVD operative talking, perhaps, to another DVD operative. Has the Vatican made yet another pact with the Devil? As suggested above, the Cardinals need to think very quickly and very clearly about this one.

When George Bush Sr. was ordered out of Spain as a consequence of our earlier exposures –
and told by the Bank of Spain to ‘get out and take your dirty money with you’ – George H. W. Bush Sr.’s ‘people’ appealed to the Vatican. They have to have reliable counterparties to ‘play with’,
see. The Cardinals should ponder whether their new playmates can be trusted, or whether they are snakes that will turn round and bite them, having of course scammed them dry first. This is indeed what will happen: so the Vatican will be dragged into the vortex of calamity that is looming – due to its greed and willingness to ‘do business’ with these criminal gangs, as of old under ‘Bishop’ Marcinkus, the Chicago gangster dressed up in ecclesiastical garb.

* 30 November: The Editor of this service approaches the UK Treasury and asks for an interview with the Principal Private Secretary to the Chancellor of the Exchequer. Voices at the other end say ‘Yes Christopher, we’ll get back to you’. Nothing at all happens, even though Gordon Brown, an operative himself, knows Ambassador Leo Wanta of old. This implies that the United Kingdom is up to its own neck in this financial criminality, which is indeed known to be the case in certain quarters.

* 30 November: European banking sources confirm that their new electronic banking system (software and hardware) will be activated by 5th or 6th December, providing for transparency. By contrast, as indicated, the new US securities trading system is explicitly provided with the means
to transfer funds off-balance-sheet. This is consistent, of course, with Mr Conflict-of-Interest’s new campaign to replace the existing (porous) ‘rules-based’ system, with a new so-called ‘principles-based’ system specifically designed to provide an India-rubber environment conducive to enabling these financial scamsters to avoid being indicted and locked up in jail for life. If Ambassador Wanta can be mercilessly slammed into jail for an intended 22 years on trumped-up, false tax charges for an illegally raised $14,129 that he arranged to be paid three times, and which was never credited
by the Wisconsin tax authorities, no doubt the serial perpetrators of these financial crimes can reasonably expect to receive lifetime sentences, which is what they deserve. They are of course relying on the usual self-serving corruption among the judiciary to spare them that fate.

* 30 November: NO PAYMENT.

* 01 December: NO PAYMENT.

* 03 December: In a conference call, Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S.,
are informed that an investigator who possesses the documentation that is associated with the Treasury’s ‘data burst’ on 17th November [see above], which supposedly contains details of what was to happen to the purported payments, was suddenly visited by US Secret Service agents (operating for the Treasury), and was instructed not to release the documents to the Ambassador and Michael C. Cottrell, M.S. The instruction allegedly came from Mr James R. Wilkinson in the White House. Technically, the Secret Service has been merged into the Department of Homeland Security (a.k.a. the Soviet-style Ministry of State Security, which is something of a shambles), but Secret Service agents still, in practice, take their instructions from the White House. The rationale given for this clumsy intervention was that making the ‘data burst’ instructions available to the Treasurer of AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., would be contrary to the national interest.

DID THE U.S. TREASURY’S INSTRUCTIONS ACTUALLY PROVIDE FOR THE WANTA PAYMENT TO BE MADE, OR DID THEY BY ANY CHANCE CORRUPTLY AUTHORISE ITS DIVERSION? [YES THEY DID!]
In reality, fulfilment of the Wanta Settlement is so overwhelmingly in the US national interest, and in the interest of the whole world, that nothing else matters. The Secret Service agents’ intervention gives rise to the following considerations:

1. Did the Treasury’s data burst instructions ACTUALLY contain instructions to pay the $4.5 trillion to AmeriTrust/Wanta’s Securities Account with Morgan Stanley in New York, OR did it contain deviant instructions for the ‘shadow’ fiat $4.5 trillion+++ (or whatever total was payable) to be disbursed and then alienated to other parties, WHICH IS WHY THE SECRET SERVICE HAS INTERVENED TO PREVENT THE DOCUMENTS BEING REVEALED TO THE AMBASSADOR AND MR COTTRELL?

2. After all, if the ‘data burst’ instructions were indeed concerned with payment of the Settlement, what is preventing the Treasury releasing them, since they claimed that they had fulfilled their obligations towards the Ambassador?

3. Manifestly, if the Treasury’s ‘data burst’ instructions directed Wachovia Bank to pay the funds to OTHER PARTIES, the US Treasury has AGAIN been caught IN FLAGRANTE, lying to all concerned that official instructions were given to pay the Wanta Settlement while in fact making arrangements for the funds in question to be DIVERTED AND STOLEN.

4. If this turns out to be the case, we have a corruption crisis literally with no historical precedent, which could bring down the Bush Jr. Administration.

5. Remember that this further fraud has taken place ‘within’ the outer fraud whereby Goldman Sachs retains custody of the hard dollar cash $4.5 trillion, in an apparent conspiracy with Henry (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson, who has signatory power over that account.

IT IS NOW PLAINLY THE DUTY OF THE U.S. TREASURY TO REFUTE THE ABOVE POSSIBILITY.

IF THE ‘DATA BURST’ INSTRUCTIONS REFERRED TO WANTA’S PAYMENT, LET IT NOW CONFIRM
THIS BY AUTHORISING THE RELEASE OF THE RELEVANT ‘DATA BURST’ INFORMATION TO THE AMBASSADOR AND MICHAEL C. COTTRELL, M.S. , WITHOUT FURTHER OBFUSCATION OR DELAY.

BEAR IN MIND THAT THE TREASURY HAS ADOPTED THE STANCE THAT IT HAS FULFILLED ITS OBLIGATIONS CONCERNING THE WANTA SETTLEMENT AND THAT IT IS A MATTER FOR WACHOVIA
TO ADDRESS.

In the event that the Treasury instructed Wachovia Bank to disburse the ‘shadow’ $4.5 trillion other than in accordance with its stance that it has fulfilled its obligations towards the Wanta Settlement, the Treasury has been caught in the following scams:

* Conspiring to divert the ‘shadow’ $4.5 trillion illegally, WHILE:
* Deceiving relevant parties into believing that it has fulfilled its obligations with regard to the Wanta Settlement, when this is not the case.
* Employing its Secret Service to prevent exposure of its corrupt behaviour and lies, on the ground that conveying the ‘data burst’ instructions to the Ambassador and his treasurer would be against the national interest, WHEN:
* The whole world and its dog knows that fulfilment of the Wanta Settlement and the ending of this crisis is not only in the US national interest, but in that of the whole of humanity.
* Committing treason against the United States as well as breaking all the laws detailed in our earlier reports.

* Also: was the ‘computer glitch’ that was used as the pretext for the closure of the Treasury’s system shortly before this corrupt payout, actually a device to enable computer programmers to fiddle the payout instructions to perpetrate this fraud?

LET MR CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST EXPLAIN WHY IT WAS NECESSARY FOR THE SECRET SERVICE TO INTERVENE IN ORDER TO PREVENT MR MICHAEL C. COTTRELL, M.S., SEEING THE ‘DATA BURST’ INSTRUCTIONS, IF THESE INSTRUCTIONS IN FACT PROVIDED FOR THE WANTA SETTLEMENT.

IF, HOWEVER, AS WE SUSPECT, THE ‘DATA BURST’ INSTRUCTIONS IN REALITY DIVERTED THE ‘SHADOW’ $4.5 TRILLION AND WERE NOT – CONTRARY TO THE STANCE OF THE TREASURY AND THE FEDERAL RESERVE – INTENDED TO EFFECT THE WANTA SETTLEMENT, LET HENRY M. (‘CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST’) PAULSON EXPLAIN TO THE WHOLE WORLD WHY THE TREASURY AND THE FEDERAL RESERVE LED PARTIES TO BELIEVE THAT THE ‘DATA BURST’ INSTRUCTIONS GAVE AUTHORITY FOR THE WANTA SETTLEMENT – WHEN IN FACT THE FUNDS WERE BEING DIVERTED, AS WAS REVEALED BY THE TREASURY’S OWN COMPLIANCE OFFICER.

Mr Henry M. (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson: Your job, your whole future, the survival of the Bush II Administration, and the tarnished reputation of the entire US Federal Government and the Federal Reserve, depend on you clarifying this situation without telling any more lies.

If you do confirm that the ‘data burst’ instructions were intended to implement the Wanta Settlement, what have you to hide? If it later turns out that you have again lied, no doubt you will receive the appropriate come-uppance.

If the ‘data burst’ instructions did indeed order the funds to be illegally diverted elsewhere, your best bet will be to ‘come clean’ NOW – before the situation careers completely beyond any hope of control, and the imminent worst case scenario of a hyperinflationary runaway global financial crisis sweeps Mr Bush II and his Administration into oblivion – and you, Mr Conflict-of-Interest, into jail.

V.K. DURHAM WRITES TO BUSH SUPPORTING WANTA SETTLEMENT
On 1st December, V. K. Durham, with deep US intelligence community connections, echoing complaints posted on this website, wrote as follows to President George W. Bush Jr., Henry M. Mr President, as you are fully aware, I have supported the Constitutional Office of the President very strongly… and shall continue to do so in the future. However, Mr President, this nation is currently IN HARM’S WAY…, and, as the duly constituted outstanding, primary creditor of the United States of America and ALL debtor nations, might I suggest [that] you use your Powers of Office as the President of the United States… and ‘order’ the release of Ambassador Wanta’s funds?

By the way, Mr President: What happened to the $6.5 trillion dollar ‘U.S. and Latin American debt swap/debt conversion payment [remitted by] this Durham Holding Trust, Tias 12087, which was paid in GOLD COLLATERAL, paying the US and Latin American debts back in May 2003?

The 24-page Supplement published with International Currency Review, Volume 31, # 3-4, distributed worldwide on 22nd November, displays, in a step-by-step manner, and with the help of diagrammatic captions, the relevant tax documents proving the perpetration by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, of grossly oppressive, unjust, inaccurate, and arbitrary tax demands and tax collection practices against Ambassador Leo Wanta. To cite the most abominable of these malpractices, the Department issued a Delinquent Tax Warrant, which it subsequently divided into two, with the SAME DTW number, accepting certified Court Satisfaction of the (illegally charged) amount of $14,129, paid under protest in 1992, while at the same time, perpetuating the newly created component for the same amount. This represents just about the most abusive form of illegal tax oppression imaginable. Further, the illegally charged amount of $14,129 was PAID TWICE UNDER PROTEST from Singapore, where Leo Wanta was working at the time on sensitive US Government intelligence investigations, having worked abroad and being therefore non-resident in the State of Wisconsin, since 1985. In July 2005, the same amount, plus interest (representing the ‘continuation’ of the previously ‘satisfied’ amount, after the DTW had been divided in two, like an amoeba), was paid a third time, following which the Ambassador was released from all illegal restrictions with effect from 14th November 2006. On 2nd November 2006, Ambassador Wanta received a demand from the reprobate Wisconsin Department of Revenue demanding $43,304.42. In a breakdown accompanying this illegal demand, the figure of $14,129 was displayed – this being the same $14,129 that was paid in May 1992, June 1992, and July 2005.

Given that the CIA had spread the lie that Leo had been DEAD FOR MANY YEARS, one can imagine the shock that reverberated throughout the international banking and intelligence communities, when he suddenly ceased to be dead with effect from July 2005. In the wake of this huge shock, the US authorities negotiated a compromise Settlement with Wanta worth $4.5 trillion, given that, failing this payment, he remains Principal of the original $27.5 trillion (now worth around $75 trillion) raised from 200+ banks following his Financial Warfare operation to destabilise the Soviet Union, which he implemented from Vienna on President Reagan’s instructions.

The compromise Settlement aimed to get the banks off the book, since the $27.5 trillion has been illegally collateralised, misdirected, hypothecated and misused without the Ambassador’s permission, since July 1992. Under the Wanta Settlement, a veil would be drawn over the fact that the banks have stolen these funds. Absent the Settlement, the entire $27.5 trillion (now $75 trillion), is callable by the Ambassador.

In April-June 2006, the $4.5 trillion of REAL CASH DOLLARS was brought across the exchanges, and was tagged and earmarked in the name of Ambassador Leo Emil Wanta and his Commonwealth of Virginia-based corporation, AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc.. While en route to the St Petersburg Summit in July, President George W. Bush ordered the funds not to be paid out, and they remain tagged and earmarked in an account with Goldman Sachs, New York, from where they have been traded and replicated illegally, without the owner’s permission, many times over. The Treasury Secretary, Hank M Paulson, is the former CEO of Goldman Sachs, and has signature authority over the Ambassador’s real cash funds – representing the Grandfather of all Conflicts of Interest, which is why we call him Hank (‘Conflict-of-Interest’) Paulson.

(2). Astonishingly, there are still some people ‘out there’ who raise red herrings and irrelevant issues arising from the Ambassador’s confinement (which was originally intended as a 22-year jail sentence) in the State of Wisconsin. For instance, one commentator was advised by the Editor of this service to cease and desist from asserting that the Ambassador was released from jail in 2005. Leo was not: he was released from all restrictions and house arrest in November 2005, after the third illegal amount had been settled. Notwithstanding that the Editor of this service had to correct the commentator on this score, he nevertheless continued to repeat the disinformation that the Ambassador was released from jail in July 2005. Having been authoritatively informed of the truth, the disinformation became a typically abusive intelligence lie, when repeated after the point had been corrected.

Likewise, there are still some ill-informed people who persist in developing polemical arguments around incomplete or inaccurate information on the Wisconsin dimension. As indicated, the Editor has produced a 24-page Supplement which comprehensively demolishes all lies and disinformation concerning the Wisconsin State tax authorities’ participation, on Clinton White House instructions, in the ‘takedown’ of Ambassador Wanta. (3). The Ambassador’s sealed diplomatic briefcase, which contained 18 high-value US Treasury instruments, and was subjected to a search in Wisconsin, has never been returned to him. A ‘Return of Search Warrant’ prepared and signed by a Dennis M. Mengelt, Special Agent, Division of Criminal Investigation, Wisconsin Department of ‘Justice’, and dated 11th March 1994, lists the contents of the briefcase but OMITS any reference to the 18 high-value US Treasury instruments, worth $18 billion. (It is illustrated on page one of the Supplement). The reason that the briefcase has never been returned to the Ambassador is that the Wisconsin authorities cannot do so without ensuring that the briefcase contains the 18 high-value US Treasury instruments, which have been stolen for collateralisation and hypothecation purposes.
