Sananda, what a glorious day this is.

This is the full message. Milson edited out the opening in his posting with Lauren on 7-28. In case you are wondering, I had just finished watching a DVD of Dune before I meditated and asked for a message. The imagery seemed an apt reference for Sananda to use.
Journal 7-27-06

Sananda, what a glorious day this is. Guide me to help as I can, and as I am most qualified. I ask for clarity in my hearing. I ask for understanding and ease of communication. I ask for strength to sustain my contribution to what is to come. I ask for protection and assurance, as well as joy. Speak to me this evening.

Jess, this is Sananda. You are welcome to come to me this evening. You are a conduit for our words just as are the others, and you have much to say that is right for the people to read. You see your role as one of scribe. I tell you it is more than just that. You have the ability to speak the intent of our words. You have the rhythm of our cadences and the rhyme of our thoughts. You see the water flowing much as in Dune to the dry, parched planet of Arakis—the water of our words of life to the barren and sleeping world of Earth and her legions of blind inhabitants.

This is a message of hope to many who read this. This is also a message of warning and anticipation of turmoil and difficulties that others will face. The changes that will come like a whirlwind in the minds of many are meant to clean the soot of dark ideas and misshapen ideologies. The wind of new ideas of truth and awareness will blow throughout the world.

The misgivings of many who refuse to accept the whirlwind are insufficient to provide a foundation in the face of the evidence of what is to come. The lack of belief is endemic. The misunderstanding of these beliefs is even more rampant. This will change in the face of the arrival of the truth they foresee. This belief system will be shattered and lie in the dust of their misconceptions. Religious doctrines will be shown for what they are, and the money changers will be driven from the temple once again.

This is prophecy that is coming to pass. This is the factual verification of the predictions. This is the return so anticipated, but not in any form generally accepted. This will be beyond any of man’s conceptions. This will be the Universe coming to your doorstep and insisting you open the door to the reality of your existence. This will be the truth of who you are and the path you have chosen to follow. This will be the awakened realization of your purpose and your history.

This will be taking place as soon as we are able to arrange it. The Galactic forces are primed and in place, and intervention is fully approved and ready to go. Steps are already being taken and many successful shifts have happened. The prime consideration, of course, is the removal of your present government. This is again proving problematic, and we have lost all patience. The deadline was today for their decision, and the leaders have rejected their option to surrender peacefully to our call. They and their recalcitrant followers will be dealt with in courts of higher jurisdiction. This is unpleasant for me to say, but they have made their choice and the results are what they will be. This will soon be obvious to all. This will soon be on your television and in your papers and magazines. The Internet will have the fullest coverage, again, because we have more control over the information that is provided through that medium. The major media will be struggling to maintain any semblance of authority and credibility. It will take time for them to be accepted again. That was their choice, as well, when offered information they could have used.

The war will be wound down as quickly as possible. It is armed insurrection happening in hundreds of places around the globe, and it will not stop immediately. The call for peace will go out with the replacement government, but pockets of resistance will continue inevitably. We will step in a do what we must to neutralize the most egregious attacks and the reliance on the most horrendous weaponry. The time for this is over. This has no place now in the new kingdom that is being prepared.

I will return to Earth visibly when it is proper to resolve the questions of dissention that face the religious factions and continue to allow them to kill in my name. This will be—as foretold—in Jerusalem to complete the created scenario that must be carried out. This is the final resolution to the battles that have been waged for eons. This will replace war with everlasting peace, and the planet Urantia will be allowed to rest, finally, to begin her rebirth as a star system member fully able to participate with the Galactic interaction.

This is enough for this evening. I will speak to you again as a conduit for my commentary. This will be a major part of the role you will play in this shift to a higher spiritual level.

Namaste for this evening. Sananda Immanuel, the Planetary Prince of Urantia

Why Israel will lose

Why Israel will lose
Rainer Rupp
Israel began a war in Lebanon against Hisbollah, which with large probability the fear of its military apparatus, spread in the region, will fall to the victim. Parallel ones to the war of the USA in the Iraq are obvious. The theory for the entire middle east and becomes beyond that its that more carried by the people, well train, organized andful ul resistance cannot be defeated in the so-called asymmetrical fight even by the best Hightech army. This teachings will be not only for Israel, but also for the US plans from devastating effect. Therefore it might not concern in the present war the "birth-sore of a new middle east", as US Foreign Minister Condoleezza Rice means, but around a turning point in the relationship of Israel and its protecting power the USA to the Arab world. The strategists in Washington and Isael are obviously aware of its, because they swore to the participants in the field that "Israel must win!"

A victory of Israel becomes however ever more illusionary. To smash Hisbollah, and from air, contradicts the military logic. Here the desire was raised to the strategy, which only the reality loss of the planners in Jerusalem and Washington testifies. They assumed that that the Lebaneses meet the most ardent desire to the Israelis, who put their country in debris and ash from gratitude, i.e. Hisbollah politically and militarily to entmachten. The opposite is the case. Also Israel did not escape meanwhile that Hisbollah is as never strong today in Lebanon as. Anyhow the Olmert government reduced its war goals gradually in hope of not losing the face. Originally the aggression should serve Tel advice to eliminate Hisbollah as organization. The speech was later from the destruction of the military arm of the Hisbollah. At present it concerns only its attenuation. In view of the successful Hisbollah resistance now the new so-called security strip, which Israel in south Lebanon wanted to furnish, should be wide according to statement of major general Benny Gantz, commander of the Israeli ground troops, on Thursday in the New York Times instead of 30 kilometers only up to two kilometers.

Thereby unimportant which still undertakes Israel now. Even if it strengthens its Bombardements, it cannot improve its position opposite Hamas and Hisbollah any longer, geschweige opposite Syria or Iran. Logic power politics mentioned that a situation, in which Israel cannot triumph militarily means its defeat. The country maintains the military power of the region strongest with distance. If he does not succeed in despite gigantic use of force forcing upon to the opponent its will that will increase its problems, e.g. in the occupied areas. Hisbollah boss Hasan Nasrallah recognized this dilemma clearly. In an interview with aluminium he said Dschasira from 22 July: "if one with the defense is successful, is that a victory". It continued the fact that "around Lebanon in Palestine it show up the result of the battle" become and referred to the fact that "the comprehensive resistance in Palestine developed only after the victory (the Hisbollah) in Lebanon".

Also Mo of arene, war-joyful former the Secretary of Defense and outside, recognized the indications of the time. In the newspaper it warned Haaretz that Hisbollah possibly ungeschlagen from the conflict come out could. That would be "a disaster for Israel", because Hisbollah boss Nasrallah was celebrated in the whole region as a hero, who opposed unpunished Israel.

Merkel and the world

BATTLEFIELD LEBANON
CHANCELLOR MERKEL and Foreign Secretary Steinmeier perform an other contribution to the Verluderung of the international relations. If the German Foreign Secretary has properly been quoted after his conversations in Cairo and Jerusalem at weekly beginning, he has warned about an untimely break in the fighting in Lebanon. If one keeps before eyes what happens since the 12th July in this land, then Steinmeier has warned virtually also about the fact that the weapons(arms) could be quiet, before the number of the civilians killed on all sides has further risen who swells stream(current) of the refugees on possibly about a million, Lebanon a shade his(its) itself not even more is.
Nowadays whole municipalities are enclosed in South Lebanon and not are able any more to supply Schwerstverletzte. Which of the big(great) relief(aid) organisations one also quotes, everything speaks of a humanitarian(humane) disaster(catastrophe) matchlessly. How is able to in such a position(situation) a state which keeps for appointed to claim a constant seat in the UN Security Council, do not dispose of so much humanitarian(humane) civilised behaviour to react to it with a scream of the conscience and to demand an immediate break in the fighting without preconditions? The least if already the courage and the legal consciousness are absent(missing) to reject the draconian Abstrafung of a whole land(country) or - as it would be offered - to condemn(sentence) as an excessive military act of violence for what one would be obliged as a UN member). Is it measured to talk from an other(farther) contribution(article) of the German foreign affairs(policy) to the being rife Verluderung of the international relations? The UN secretary general, one increases his(its) latest(youngest) explanations(statements), is not a pity to himself for a clear appeal in Israel, the pope also not. The French government intervenes and does not accept the archaic selfauthorization Olmerts and his generals. However, the German government keeps with embarrassingly insubstantial explanations(statements) about water which run out to a justification of the Israeli action and a task(job) of Lebanon.

This is even more intolerable than one still remembers well of the cheering choirs with which one year ago the deduction of the last Syrian soldiers from just this state was orchestrated. From the end of the foreign regulation the speech, from a victory was for the Lebanese nation which feels in solidarity linked one. But Syria, the "villainous state" whose Golan heights are occupied for nearly four decades of Israel illegally has added during 23 years of his(its) presence to this land(country) not beginning-wise so much grief(harm) and damage(harm) like Israel now in two weeks. On the contrary, every serious analyst will have to concede that there were times in which Syria stabilised Lebanon and the trees of Hizbollah did not allow to grow in the sky(heaven). Apart from the fact that Hizbollah is a creature of the Lebanon policy of Israel in the eighties - to today's(modern) strength she(it) found only after the Syrian deduction.

If Merkel and Steinmeier appeal to the solidarity with Israel, can only tell, nevertheless, at the moment to warn Israel about itself and to protect. How much hatred loads this state on itself - in which from his(its) rockets to struck places of human life, in the millions bombed out and fleeing, everything lose. In the Arabian world generally. This shall not be got through for generations. Really astonishingly(astoundingly) that the Federal Government is unable to articulate clearly at least this if already the humanitarian(humane) reflexes fail on which otherwise reliance is if it is about China, Russia or other states against which one rubs himself with pleasure to bring own civilisation icing(glaze) on bright lustre.

In the Gaza Strip the Israeli army smashes the Palestinian democracy. And what does the " big(great) friend of freedom(liberty) and democracy say " to how has George Bush just paid court to his hostess in Trinwillershagen? What does say Angela Merkel in addition who should have suffered in the shade of the wall from not being able to satisfy her(their) freedom thirst? Does she(it) not suffer now? If Olmerts army the Gaza Strip zusammenschießt? If he allows to also pulverise the infrastructure of a pathetically wasting away region(area) as he cuts the care(supply) with water and stream(current) to the inhabitants(residents). Refuses to you food(groceries) and drugs. 1.3 million people without further ado the existence right arranges. Must this not bring the freedom love Merkels for cracking(bursting)? On top of that if the Israelis arrest half of the democratically legimitierten Hamas government and deport. Has the chancellor even risked a banal subordinate clause since the choice(election) of Hamas in January publicly at least to ask Israel, to lift(cancel) the economic blockade of the Gaza Strip, finally? To open the borders for Palestinian workers again. To dismiss hundreds of Palestinian prisoners under age. To release the blocked money of the Palestinians. Would already have a request around the obvious questioned the existence right of Israel or not would have strengthened rather?

President Achmadinedschad brings Merkel into bad embarrassment

Of Matthias Hartmann
On this postal service, Angela Merkel would have been able to renounce also well. Yet one had to confirm that on Thursday the announced letter of the iranian Präsidenten Mahmut Achmadinedschad actually had gone in. Over the contents of the letter, one endured seeped officially no statements, but a few things. Officially only was announced, would be the letter "confused" and for the Federal Government "delicate". Know not yet whether and ggfs. how one would answer.
The letter had, divided meanwhile the iranian news agency with, of Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki the German "boss d´affaires" in Teheran - in absence of the German ambassador submitted become. It was forwarded then and would become "translated and evaluated" presently. Disappointed one gave that the letter would make no statements on the iranian atom program, but rather would be concerned mainly with the Palestinian problem and proposals would make himself how one could solve jointly this question. Halboffiziell was announced also that the letter would contain passage extraordinarily Israel critical and Jew critical. Otherwise it would be would flatter "binding in the tone" the German and would contain general executions over Islam. Altogether it should be long about 10 sides.

One can imagine, transferred has, in which excitement the letter Achmadinedschads is handled the Federal Government, sowiet it with the subject. For Angela Merkel set - as its decision most important international until now - all that under Schröder easily deteriorated relation to the US-administration to produce again. Previous remarks, that goutiert already visible also by George W. Bush became, show that one sets on that to revalue through in substance subordination vis-à-vis the USA and unconditional solidarity with Israel the own roll that can be then however no more political eigentständige. Both aspects, the "friendship to the USA" and the per-israeli bearing had been looked at for Adenauers times always as a German national country reason, easily softened for the first time - if also only symobolisch - under Schröder, that the German latitude temporarily through one - more imaginary - German-Russian-French axis wanted to expand. At the same time the agitator with the friendly face had hung herself already on the security conference in Munich against Achmadinedschad far out of the window when it its government with the "arising national socialism" equalized.

Obviously Achmadinedschad begins on that and tries to encounter the German foreign policy at its breach place to the USA and to split both wiedergwonnenen friends. Thoroughly no unwise behavior because it demands of the German government a decision, that can fall out for this so or so only unfavorably. If everything does not deceive, Angela Merkel - and would be it in the bush-visit in Stralsund - of the impending israeli blow learned and arranged with bush an Abwartehaltung, give should the Israels time, the situation in that sewed to stamp East militarily decisively. It would waver now also only in outline, it would be with the good relation to bush immediately past and therewith the government Merkel already after a year on all zones failed. It rejects the letter however brusque how it calls for Israel already as obvious, it becomes a US-American puppet. The German influence in the Arabic-islamic room, anyway how remarks out of the Lebanon (of Hassan Nasrallah) show and Afghanistan, strongly retrograde, would do it therewith no favor. Incidentally it would run also in contrast to a part of its European ally.

Yet the courage to join also only the Russian demand for an immediate armistice in Lebanon, will not have Merkel. It will stand - perhaps "binding in the tone" - on the side of the USA and Israel and has loses therewith already the little political latitude that had acquired Schröder.

Blair laid bare: the article that may get you arrested

In the guise of fighting terrorism and maintaining public order, Tony Blair's Government has quietly and systematically taken power from Parliament and the British people. The author charts a nine-year assault on civil liberties that reveals the danger of trading freedom for security - and must have Churchill spinning in his grave
By Henry Porter
Published: 29 June 2006
In the shadow of Winston Churchill's statue opposite the House of Commons, a rather odd ritual has developed on Sunday afternoons. A small group of people - mostly young and dressed outlandishly - hold a tea party on the grass of Parliament Square. A woman looking very much like Mary Poppins passes plates of frosted cakes and cookies, while other members of the party flourish blank placards or, as they did on the afternoon I was there, attempt a game of cricket.
Sometimes the police move in and arrest the picnickers, but on this occasion the officers stood at a distance, presumably consulting on the question of whether this was a demonstration or a non-demonstration. It is all rather silly and yet in Blair's Britain there is a kind of nobility in the amateurishness and persistence of the gesture. This collection of oddballs, looking for all the world as if they had stepped out of the Michelangelo Antonioni film Blow-Up, are challenging a new law which says that no one may demonstrate within a kilometre, or a little more than half a mile, of Parliament Square if they have not first acquired written permission from the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police. This effectively places the entire centre of British government, Whitehall and Trafalgar Square, off-limits to the protesters and marchers who have traditionally brought their grievances to those in power without ever having to ask a policeman's permission.
The non-demo demo, or tea party, is a legalistic response to the law. If anything is written on the placards, or if someone makes a speech, then he or she is immediately deemed to be in breach of the law and is arrested. The device doesn't always work. After drinking tea in the square, a man named Mark Barrett was recently convicted of demonstrating. Two other protesters, Milan Rai and Maya Evans, were charged after reading out the names of dead Iraqi civilians at the Cenotaph, Britain's national war memorial, in Whitehall, a few hundred yards away.
On that dank spring afternoon I looked up at Churchill and reflected that he almost certainly would have approved of these people insisting on their right to demonstrate in front of his beloved Parliament. "If you will not fight for the right," he once growled, "when you can easily win without bloodshed, if you will not fight when your victory will be sure and not so costly, you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance for survival. There may be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no chance of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves."
Churchill lived in far more testing times than ours, but he always revered the ancient tradition of Britain's "unwritten constitution". I imagined him becoming flesh again and walking purposefully toward Downing Street - without security, of course - there to address Tony Blair and his aides on their sacred duty as the guardians of Britain's Parliament and the people's rights.
For Blair, that youthful baby-boomer who came to power nine years ago as the embodiment of democratic liberalism as well as the new spirit of optimism in Britain, turns out to have an authoritarian streak that respects neither those rights nor, it seems, the independence of the elected representatives in Parliament. And what is remarkable - in fact almost a historic phenomenon - is the harm his government has done to the unwritten British constitution in those nine years, without anyone really noticing, without the press objecting or the public mounting mass protests. At the inception of Cool Britannia, British democracy became subject to a silent takeover.
Last year - rather late in the day, I must admit - I started to notice trends in Blair's legislation which seemed to attack individual rights and freedoms, to favour ministers (politicians appointed by the Prime Minister to run departments of government) over the scrutiny of Parliament, and to put in place all the necessary laws for total surveillance of society.
There was nothing else to do but to go back and read the Acts - at least 15 of them - and to write about them in my weekly column in The Observer. After about eight weeks, the Prime Minister privately let it be known that he was displeased at being called authoritarian by me. Very soon I found myself in the odd position of conducting a formal e-mail exchange with him on the rule of law, I sitting in my London home with nothing but Google and a stack of legislation, the Prime Minister in No 10 with all the resources of government at his disposal. Incidentally, I was assured that he had taken time out of his schedule so that he himself could compose the thunderous responses calling for action against terrorism, crime, and antisocial behaviour.
The day after the exchange was published, the grudging truce between the Government and me was broken. Blair gave a press conference, in which he attacked media exaggeration, and the then Home Secretary, Charles Clarke, weighed in with a speech at the London School of Economics naming me and two other journalists and complaining about "the pernicious and even dangerous poison" in the media.
So, I guess this column comes with a health warning from the British Government, but please don't pay it any mind. When governments attack the media, it is often a sign that the media have for once gotten something right. I might add that this column also comes with the more serious warning that, if rights have been eroded in the land once called "the Mother of Parliaments", it can happen in any country where a government actively promotes the fear of terrorism and crime and uses it to persuade people that they must exchange their freedom for security.
Blair's campaign against rights contained in the Rule of Law - that is, that ancient amalgam of common law, convention, and the opinion of experts, which makes up one half of the British constitution - is often well concealed. Many of the measures have been slipped through under legislation that appears to address problems the public is concerned about. For instance, the law banning people from demonstrating within one kilometre of Parliament is contained in the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act of 2005. The right to protest freely has been affected by the Terrorism Act of 2000, which allows police to stop and search people in a designated area - which can be anywhere - and by antisocial behaviour laws, which allow police to issue an order banning someone from a particular activity, waving a banner, for instance. If a person breaks that order, he or she risks a prison sentence of up to five years. Likewise, the Protection from Harassment Act of 1997 - designed to combat stalkers and campaigns of intimidation - is being used to control protest. A woman who sent two e-mails to a pharmaceutical company politely asking a member of the staff not to work with a company that did testing on animals was prosecuted for "repeated conduct" in sending an e-mail twice, which the Act defines as harassment.
There is a demonic versatility to Blair's laws. Kenneth Clarke, a former Conservative chancellor of the exchequer and home secretary, despairs at the way they are being used. "What is assured as being harmless when it is introduced gets used more and more in a way which is sometimes alarming," he says. His colleague David Davis, the shadow Home Secretary, is astonished by Blair's Labour Party: "If I had gone on the radio 15 years ago and said that a Labour government would limit your right to trial by jury, would limit - in some cases eradicate - habeas corpus, constrain your right of freedom of speech, they would have locked me up."
Indeed they would. But there's more, so much in fact that it is difficult to grasp the scope of the campaign against British freedoms. But here goes. The right to a jury trial is removed in complicated fraud cases and where there is a fear of jury tampering. The right not to be tried twice for the same offence - the law of double jeopardy - no longer exists. The presumption of innocence is compromised, especially in antisocial behaviour legislation, which also makes hearsay admissible as evidence. The right not to be punished unless a court decides that the law has been broken is removed in the system of control orders by which a terrorist suspect is prevented from moving about freely and using the phone and internet, without at any stage being allowed to hear the evidence against him - house arrest in all but name.
Freedom of speech is attacked by Section Five of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act, which preceded Blair's Government, but which is now being used to patrol opinion. In Oxford last year a 21-year-old graduate of Balliol College named Sam Brown drunkenly shouted in the direction of two mounted police officers, "Mate, you know your horse is gay. I hope you don't have a problem with that." He was given one of the new, on-the-spot fines - £80 - which he refused to pay, with the result that he was taken to court. Some 10 months later the Crown Prosecution Service dropped its case that he had made homophobic remarks likely to cause disorder.
There are other people the police have investigated but failed to prosecute: the columnist Cristina Odone, who made a barely disparaging aside about Welsh people on TV (she referred to them as "little Welshies"); and the head of the Muslim Council of Great Britain, Sir Iqbal Sacranie, who said that homosexual practices were "not acceptable" and civil partnerships between gays were "harmful".
The remarks may be a little inappropriate, but I find myself regretting that my countrymen's opinions - their bloody-mindedness, their truculence in the face of authority, their love of insult and robust debate - are being edged out by this fussy, hairsplitting, second-guessing, politically correct state that Blair is trying to build with what he calls his "respect agenda".
Do these tiny cuts to British freedom amount to much more than a few people being told to be more considerate? Shami Chakrabarti, the petite whirlwind who runs Liberty believes that "the small measures of increasing ferocity add up over time to a society of a completely different flavour". That is exactly the phrase I was looking for. Britain is not a police state - the fact that Tony Blair felt it necessary to answer me by e-mail proves that - but it is becoming a very different place under his rule, and all sides of the House of Commons agree. The Liberal Democrats' spokesman on human rights and civil liberties, David Heath, is sceptical about Blair's use of the terrorist threat. "The age-old technique of any authoritarian or repressive government has always been to exaggerate the terrorist threat to justify their actions," he says. "I am not one to underestimate the threat of terrorism, but I think it has been used to justify measures which have no relevance to attacking terrorism effectively." And Bob Marshall-Andrews - a Labour MP who, like quite a number of others on Blair's side of the House of Commons, is deeply worried about the tone of government - says of his boss, "Underneath, there is an unstable authoritarianism which has seeped into the [Labour] Party."
Chakrabarti, who once worked as a lawyer in the Home Office, explains: "If you throw live frogs into a pan of boiling water, they will sensibly jump out and save themselves. If you put them in a pan of cold water and gently apply heat until the water boils they will lie in the pan and boil to death. It's like that." In Blair you see the champion frog boiler of modern times. He is also a lawyer who suffers acute impatience with the processes of the law. In one of his e-mails to me he painted a lurid - and often true - picture of the delinquency in some of Britain's poorer areas, as well as the helplessness of the victims. His response to the problem of societal breakdown was to invent a new category of restraint called the antisocial behaviour order, or Asbo.
"Please speak to the victims of this menace," he wrote. "They are people whose lives have been turned into a daily hell. Suppose they live next door to someone whose kids are out of control: who play their music loud until 2 am; who vilify anyone who asks them to stop; who are often into drugs or alcohol? Or visit a park where children can't play because of needles, used condoms, and hooligans hanging around.
"It is true that, in theory, each of these acts is a crime for which the police could prosecute. In practice, they don't. It would involve in each case a disproportionate amount of time, money and commitment for what would be, for any single act, a low-level sentence. Instead, they can now use an Asbo or a parenting order or other measures that attack not an offence but behaviour that causes harm and distress to people, and impose restrictions on the person doing it, breach of which would mean they go to prison."
How the Asbo works is that a complaint is lodged with a magistrates' court which names an individual or parent of a child who is said to be the source of antisocial behaviour. The actions which cause the trouble do not have to be illegal in themselves before an Asbo is granted and the court insists on the cessation of that behaviour - which may be nothing more than walking a dog, playing music, or shouting in the street. It is important to understand that the standards of evidence are much lower here than in a normal court hearing because hearsay - that is, rumour and gossip - is admissible. If a person is found to have broken an Asbo, he or she is liable to a maximum of five years in prison, regardless of whether the act is in itself illegal. So, in effect, the person is being punished for disobedience to the state.
Blair is untroubled by the precedent that this law might offer a real live despot, or by the fact that Asbos are being used to stifle legitimate protest, and indeed, in his exchange with me, he seemed to suggest that he was considering a kind of super-Asbo for more serious criminals to "harry, hassle and hound them until they give up or leave the country". It was significant that nowhere in this rant did he mention the process of law or a court.
He offers something new: not a police state but a controlled state, in which he seeks to alter radically the political and philosophical context of the criminal-justice system. "I believe we require a profound rebalancing of the civil liberties debate," he said in a speech in May. "The issue is not whether we care about civil liberties but what that means in the early 21st century." He now wants legislation to limit powers of British courts to interpret the Human Rights Act. The Act, imported from the European Convention on Human Rights, was originally inspired by Winston Churchill, who had suggested it as a means to entrench certain rights in Europe after the war.
Blair says that this thinking springs from the instincts of his generation, which is "hard on behaviour and soft on lifestyle." Actually, I was born six weeks before Blair, 53 years ago, and I can categorically say that he does not speak for all my generation. But I agree with his other self-description, in which he claims to be a moderniser, because he tends to deny the importance of history and tradition, particularly when it comes to Parliament, whose powers of scrutiny have suffered dreadfully under his government.
There can be few duller documents than the Civil Contingencies Act of 2004 or the Inquiries Act of 2005, which is perhaps just as well for the Government, for both vastly extend the arbitrary powers of ministers while making them less answerable to Parliament. The Civil Contingencies Act, for instance, allows a minister to declare a state of emergency in which assets can be seized without compensation, courts may be set up, assemblies may be banned, and people may be moved from, or held in, particular areas, all on the belief that an emergency might be about to occur. Only after seven days does Parliament get the chance to assess the situation. If the minister is wrong, or has acted in bad faith, he cannot be punished.
One response might be to look into his actions by holding a government investigation under the Inquiries Act, but then the minister may set its terms, suppress evidence, close the hearing to the public, and terminate it without explanation. Under this Act, the reports of government inquiries are presented to ministers, not, as they once were, to Parliament. This fits very well into a pattern where the executive branch demands more and more unfettered power, as does Charles Clarke's suggestion that the press should be subject to statutory regulation.
I realise that it would be testing your patience to go too deeply into the Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill, which the Government has been trying to smuggle through Parliament this year, but let me just say that its original draft would have allowed ministers to make laws without reference to elected representatives.
Imagine the President of the United States trying to neuter the Congress in this manner, so flagrantly robbing it of its power. Yet until recently all this has occurred in Britain with barely a whisper of coverage in the British media.
Blair is the lowest he has ever been in the polls, but he is still energetically fighting off his rival, Gordon Brown, with a cabinet reshuffle and a stout defence of his record. In an e-mail to me, Blair denied that he was trying to abolish parliamentary democracy, then swiftly moved to say how out of touch the political and legal establishments were, which is perhaps the way that he justifies these actions to himself. It was striking how he got one of his own pieces of legislation wrong when discussing control orders - or house arrest - for terrorist suspects in relation to the European Convention on Human Rights, which is incorporated into British law under the Human Rights Act. "The point about the Human Rights Act," he declared, "is that it does allow the courts to strike down the act of our 'sovereign Parliament'." As Marcel Berlins, the legal columnist of The Guardian, remarked, "It does no such thing."
How can the Prime Minister get such a fundamentally important principle concerning human rights so utterly wrong, especially when it so exercised both sides of the House of Commons? The answer is that he is probably not a man for detail, but Charles Moore, the former editor of The Daily Telegraph, now a columnist and the official biographer of Margaret Thatcher, believes that New Labour contains strands of rather sinister political DNA.
"My theory is that the Blairites are Marxist in process, though not in ideology - well, actually it is more Leninist." It is true that several senior ministers had socialist periods. Charles Clarke, John Reid, recently anointed Home Secretary, and Jack Straw, the former foreign secretary, were all on the extreme left, if not self-declared Leninists. Moore's implication is that the sacred Blair project of modernising Britain has become a kind of ersatz ideology and that this is more important to Blair than any of the country's political or legal institutions. "He's very shallow," says Moore. "He's got a few things he wants to do and he rather impressively pursues them."
One of these is the national ID card scheme, opposition to which brings together such disparate figures as the Earl of Onslow, a Conservative peer of the realm; Commander George Churchill-Coleman, the famous head of New Scotland Yard's anti-terrorist unit during the worst years of IRA bombings; and Neil Tennant, one half of the hugely successful pop group Pet Shop Boys.
The idea of the ID card seems sensible in the age of terrorism, identity theft, and illegal immigration until you realise that the centralised database - the National Identity Register - will log and store details of every important action in a person's life. When the ID card is swiped as someone identifies himself at, say, a bank, hospital, pharmacy, or insurance company, those details are retained and may be inspected by, among others, the police, tax authorities, customs, and MI5, the domestic intelligence service. The system will locate and track the entire adult population. If you put it together with the national system of licence-plate-recognition cameras, which is about to go live on British highways and in town centres, and understand that the ID card, under a new regulation, will also carry details of a person's medical records, you realise that the state will be able to keep tabs on anyone it chooses and find out about the most private parts of a person's life.
Despite the cost of the ID card system - estimated by the Government as being about £5.8bn and by the London School of Economics as being between £10bn and £19bn - few think that it will attack the problems of terrorism and ID theft.
George Churchill-Coleman described it to me as an absolute waste of time. "You and I will carry them because we are upright citizens. But a terrorist isn't going to carry [his own]. He will be carrying yours."
Neil Tennant, a former Labour donor who has stopped giving money to and voting for Labour because of ID cards, says: "My specific fear is that we are going to create a society where a policeman stops me on the way to Waitrose on the King's Road and says, 'Can I see your identity card?' I don't see why I should have to do that." Tennant says he may leave the country if a compulsory ID card comes into force. "We can't live in a total-surveillance society," he adds. "It is to disrespect us."
Defending myself against claims of paranoia and the attacks of Labour's former home secretary, I have simply referred people to the statute book of British law, where the evidence of what I have been saying is there for all to see. But two other factors in this silent takeover are not so visible. The first is a profound change in the relationship between the individual and the state. Nothing demonstrates the sense of the state's entitlement over the average citizen more than the new laws that came in at the beginning of the year and allow anyone to be arrested for any crime - even dropping litter. And here's the crucial point. Once a person is arrested he or she may be fingerprinted and photographed by the police and have a DNA sample removed with an oral swab - by force if necessary. And this is before that person has been found guilty of any crime, whether it be dropping litter or shooting someone.
So much for the presumption of innocence, but there again we have no reason to be surprised. Last year, in his annual Labour Party conference speech, Blair said this: "The whole of our system starts from the proposition that its duty is to protect the innocent from being wrongly convicted. Don't misunderstand me. That must be the duty of any criminal justice system. But surely our primary duty should be to allow law-abiding people to live in safety. It means a complete change of thinking. It doesn't mean abandoning human rights. It means deciding whose come first." The point of human rights, as Churchill noted, is that they treat the innocent, the suspect, and the convict equally: "These are the symbols, in the treatment of crime and criminals, which mark and measure the stored-up strength of a nation, and are a sign and proof of the living virtue in it."
The DNA database is part of this presumption of guilt. Naturally the police support it, because it has obvious benefits in solving crimes, but it should be pointed out to any country considering the compulsory retention of the DNA of innocent people that in Britain 38 per cent of all black men are represented on the database, while just 10 percent of white men are. There will be an inbuilt racism in the system until - heaven forbid - we all have our DNA taken and recorded on our ID cards.
Baroness Kennedy, a lawyer and Labour peer, is one of the most vocal critics of Blair's new laws. In the annual James Cameron Memorial Lecture at the City University, London, in April she gave a devastating account of her own party's waywardness. She accused government ministers of seeing themselves as the embodiment of the state, rather than, as I would put it, the servants of the state.
"The common law is built on moral wisdom," she said, "grounded in the experience of ages, acknowledging that governments can abuse power and when a person is on trial the burden of proof must be on the state and no one's liberty should be removed without evidence of the highest standard. By removing trial by jury and seeking to detain people on civil Asbo orders as a pre-emptive strike, by introducing ID cards, the Government is creating new paradigms of state power. Being required to produce your papers to show who you are is a public manifestation of who is in control. What we seem to have forgotten is that the state is there courtesy of us and we are not here courtesy the state."
The second invisible change that has occurred in Britain is best expressed by Simon Davies, a fellow at the London School of Economics, who did pioneering work on the ID card scheme and then suffered a wounding onslaught from the Government when it did not agree with his findings. The worrying thing, he suggests, is that the instinctive sense of personal liberty has been lost in the British people. "We have reached that stage now where we have gone almost as far as it is possible to go in establishing the infrastructures of control and surveillance within an open and free environment," he says. "That architecture only has to work and the citizens only have to become compliant for the Government to have control.
"That compliance is what scares me the most. People are resigned to their fate. They've bought the Government's arguments for the public good. There is a generational failure of memory about individual rights. Whenever Government says that some intrusion is necessary in the public interest, an entire generation has no clue how to respond, not even intuitively And that is the great lesson that other countries must learn. The US must never lose sight of its traditions of individual freedom."
Those who understand what has gone on in Britain have the sense of being in one of those nightmares where you are crying out to warn someone of impending danger, but they cannot hear you. And yet I do take some hope from the picnickers of Parliament Square. May the numbers of these young eccentrics swell and swell over the coming months, for their actions are a sign that the spirit of liberty and dogged defiance are not yet dead in Britain.

Charged for quoting George Orwell in public
In another example of the Government's draconian stance on political protest, Steven Jago, 36, a management accountant, yesterday became the latest person to be charged under the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act.
On 18 June, Mr Jago carried a placard in Whitehall bearing the George Orwell quote: "In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." In his possession, he had several copies of an article in the American magazine Vanity Fair headlined "Blair's Big Brother Legacy", which were confiscated by the police. "The implication that I read from this statement at the time was that I was being accused of handing out subversive material," said Mr Jago. Yesterday, the author, Henry Porter, the magazine's London editor, wrote to Sir Ian Blair, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, expressing concern that the freedom of the press would be severely curtailed if such articles were used in evidence under the Act.
Mr Porter said: "The police told Mr Jago this was 'politically motivated' material, and suggested it was evidence of his desire to break the law. I therefore seek your assurance that possession of Vanity Fair within a designated area is not regarded as 'politically motivated' and evidence of conscious law-breaking."
Scotland Yard has declined to comment.
Enemies of the state?
Maya Evans 25
The chef was arrested at the Cenotaph in Whitehall reading out the names of 97 British soldiers killed in Iraq. She was the first person to be convicted under section 132 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act, which requires protesters to obtain police permission before demonstrating within one kilometre of Parliament.
Helen John 68, and Sylvia Boyes 62
The Greenham Common veterans were arrested in April by Ministry of Defence police after walking 15ft across the sentry line at the US military base at Menwith Hill in North Yorkshire. Protesters who breach any one of 10 military bases across Britain can be jailed for a year or fined £5,000.
Brian Haw 56
Mr Haw has become a fixture in Parliament Square with placards berating Tony Blair and President Bush. The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 was designed mainly with his vigil in mind. After being arrested, he refused to enter a plea. However, Bow Street magistrates' court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf in May.
Walter Wolfgang 82
The octogenarian heckled Jack Straw, the Foreign Secretary, during his speech to the Labour Party conference. He shouted "That's a lie" as Mr Straw justified keeping British troops in Iraq. He was manhandled by stewards and ejected from the Brighton Centre. He was briefly detained under Section 44 of the 2000 Terrorism Act.

UK Gov suppressed Craig Murray information

There the British foreign ministry it the British author and earlier ambassador in Usbekistan, Craig Murray, prohibits has to publish numerous documents within its beech "Murder in Samarkand", that belay its statements set up therein, he published this now instead on its websites.

Murder In Samarkand - Documents:
In publishing "Murder in Samarkand" I had wanted to publish the supporting documentation in the book to cooroborate my story, especially as the FCO is claiming that the story is essentially untrue. In that sense, perhaps the most interesting link in the documents below is the very first document, which is a table of detailed amendments the FCO insisted be made to the text. This is fascinating if you consider just how much it confirms was true, particularly in the conversations it refers to between officials.
Many of the other documents I managed to have released under the Freedom of Information Act or Data Protection Act. I was astonished when the FCO announced that they would still take legal action against me if I published them. They argue that - and this astonished me - even if a document is released under the DPA or FoIA, it is still copyright of the Crown and so cannot be published. I was even more amazed when the lawyers of the publisher said that this was probably true, and certainly could not be fought without potentially a milliom pound legal case.
It appears that, among so many attacks on civil liberties in recent years, the Blair government has managed to administratively negate its own Freedom of Information Act. Robin Cook must be spinning in his grave.
So we have made Murder in Samarkand an interactive book - the documents are published here, and referenced by URL in the text. Net posting is not breaching copyright because there is no charge to access the documents. This site may, of course, be subject to technical attack, so I would be grateful if those who can mirror these documents on their own sites, do so.
These are contemporary documents from my time as Ambassador in Uzbekistan. They do I believe include the real smoking gun on Britain's, and the CIA's, use of intelligence obtained by torture abroad. They also show the FCO getting increasingly angry with me over my being "over-focussed on human rights", rahter than building good relationships with Karimov, our ally in the War on Terror.
They do not give a smoking gun that proves that the allegations brought against me, of which I was eventually cleared, were trumped-up and motivated by a desire to get rid of me for policy reasons. Being internal FCO documents, they are written to maintain the facade of a proper disciplinary investigation. You need to be prepared to read between the lines - and read the book!

The Magisterial Mission, Part Two

By Monjoronson and Candace Frieze

July 7th, 2006

Monjoronson: Hello once again, this lovely day, as we start Part two of this work. Candace “bombed out” yesterday, as she uses this term. My energy is intense and I keep it at some distance as we work, so she can work a longer period.

OK, I will talk a bit more of myself, and the Avonal Paradise Sons. I find it interesting, that some folks are more than a bit surprised that the High Sons of God, of any type seem casual. You on the planet incarnate from higher places forget your lofty origins, because of the sad state of affairs upon the planet. Beloveds, we are loveable, we are casual, we are soft, we joke, we laugh, we do all of that. You do the same, because you are divine yourselves. Intelligence is divine, will is divine, and it is time to stop putting God on a high shelf somewhere. All is God, a most important teaching at this time on this little lost planet.

Most of the residents on Urantia are going to be in a state of shock about God, and the Sons who have come to uplift. And as we continue to teach, many are not going for some time, and maybe never, to accept this process before them, as the Second Coming, because of the lack of rapture, the mistaken ideas of God, and for New Agers, the concept that somehow the Ascension is a sudden event. Many of you will make your Ascensions, the fusion with your Adjuster, if that is your status, at night, during a visit to the Mansion Worlds, and return to your body and build your light body, the blending of your spirit semi physical morontia form, with your physical form. And the building of your light body is a slow process, not an instant one.

There is the idea also, that all of incarnates will suddenly remember everything of your previous existences, in conscious everyday format. NO, because you could not function with all that knowledge activated. But you will be taught methods of accessing that information from your personal records, when you are in the mood to do so. Many are doing this during meditation, and at night, as they face off their “karma” and heal themselves of their old wounds.

What is the most important idea to conceptualize here, is that this is the most important life you lead, the current life always is, and it matters little the details of all your others, that is done with. What matters the most is your day-to-day living in the Eternal Now, a term new agers love. This simply means you are always who you are, the sum total of your experience, and you will heal selves by looking at your day to day challenges, because your daily reactions are the sum total of your experiences in this life and the past.

So where you find difficulty, assess it, and find another way or solution if called for, forgive your mistakes, which are not “sins.” They are simply mistakes, and if you study that which you don’t like, then the experience was not a mistake, but that which provided you valuable experience and thus learning. Even the high Sons of God, such as myself are always and forever on the learning journey. As we gain experience, our own decisions become better, but we still face new and different situations, and sometimes, we goof too. Perfection is not about never making a mistake, that is the bad new age teaching, placed there by the dark side, to get you to reject us, because if we do something that is seen as “human” and in error, then we must be frauds, and that is just not the case, loved ones.

We have made mistakes on the Earth plane, it is a most difficult place, and the dark brothers were rounded up over time in the galactic and local universe warring and sent to your beloved Urantia, for their final learning experience. They could not get off the place, so they were “stuck” with themselves. And it has not been a pretty sight to watch that process.

We made our mistakes and our misjudgments, because the concentration of darkness was beyond our experiences also. The darkness upon this planet is very strong, as you even see now, when the dark did not stand down on April 3, of 2005. The big bad boys are very tough. Admire them, in this sense, because you need to develop your own toughness in the light. But part of their toughness, is because they just don’t choose to learn their lessons, but you can be tough, from learning yours.

But know the end is in sight, because Sananda Immanuel, and Christ Michael, personally saw to the removal of the Hidden Hand, starting in June of 2004, and the current dark brothers are erring right and left without the puppet masters. As I said, I suggest laughing at all this North Korean game at hand, as an example. It shows some pretty stupid BBB&G’s floundering around. I would suggest doing that laughing in the presence of those you wish to teach! That will help dispel the terror fear they are still so desperately trying to sell to you.

Candace: I recently viewed Alex Jones new film, Terror Storm, at the 911/NWO conference in LA. It is an excellent summary piece of the build up of this false terror scenario before us, and also of the variety of reactions of people towards all of this. I highly recommend it as a teaching tool to your friends with heads still in the sand.

Monjoronson: Now, a bit about my creation. In Urantia you will read that the Avonals are the “children” of the Eternal Son and the Infinite Spirit, true, but not really relevant to this piece. But I had my personal creation I would estimate in Earth time, about 3 million years ago. How are the Avonals trained, from the bottom up, just as you. Our training does start in Havona, but then we go out and take little jobs in the local Universes, and work our way up in experience, until we can do the Magisterial works of our order.

I have totally had this experience within Orvonton. My first little jobs were about working in the area of judgment, and being what you all might call a “Gofer” in your slang terms. I do enjoy the slang that has come upon this planet; it is beautifully expressive. Imagine a High Son, a Gofer! Yes, that is the way we all learn, including my friends, the Creator Sons. We all have Gofer experience. Otherwise we would not get to where we stand. No different as you, except we don’t have the incarnation experience in matter, as we are those that run the universes of time and space and make them work.

Candace just took a little break and noticed Mr. Bush the clone on TV talking about North Korea, and commenting he is worried about little children and concentration camps in North Korea, a great cover-up for all the little children ignored and harmed in America, and the concentration camps right in your own country. And sadly some, in fact many will fall back in love with Mr. Bush from this dog and pony show. And find themselves elsewhere in due time for it.

So with that little comment, I shall proceed into talking a bit more on the judicial portion of a Magisterial Mission. There is always a judgment process in the termination of one age, and the beginning of another. This is a continuation of the process started by the bestowal of the Michael upon your place. The processes on this planet are complex, and as you know out of balance with the more usual methods.

In the Correcting Time, as you have seen, you have a compilation of processes going on, rather than a sequential action. Many process going on together. And despite what currently looks like a mess before your eyes, the mess is necessary to the process. Chaos causes growth, in every being involved, including myself. Free will is the principle of God, hopefully all will choose the love route, but some do not. And some don’t just because they don’t know any better at the time. All part of the evolutionary process. No matter, you can’t have free will and not have chaos and the need to solve the problems.

What a boring existence it would be, if there was not will. In fact, there would be no existence, without it. Free will, involves creation and there would be no creation, without duality. Even the worlds in light and life, while monopolar, still have challenges and learning. It is just that they have ascended into Universal Consciousness, and now deal with Universal issues and management. Everyday life is easy and comfortable, for the spirituality and technology to match.

Chasing Money for power is no longer an idea, but these worlds begin to babysit, you might say, those in progress beneath them. All worlds in light and life have the ability to travel space, in varying degrees, and with that comes much responsibility and learning. Back to those old Star Trek films, what teaching (by way of the Magisterial Mission) came through them! And Candace just mentioned, “Bewitched” also, a foundational awakening series for her. Samantha and her Mother, they were interesting weren’t they? For those of you old enough to remember the series or watch reruns.

I am blessed that Michael liked my resume, and just as you, I am undergoing the greatest learning I have experienced in my 3 million or so years. As so is everyone on my staff. And in this learning, I will also function again, in a greater capacity in future difficult magisterial missions, which I suspect will be a “piece of cake” after this one! Got to love the language here, once again.

By concentrating the dark into one prison area, we all have quite a challenge, who are on the planet in our various job descriptions at this time. Remember, that includes all of you coming into the AbundantHope works at this time. And whether you chose participation directly with the organization or not, you are still going to walk in your shoes, walk the talk, I believe is your expression. And it is very time to do that, if you are not yet doing so, or improving it, if you are.

The Avonal Son, with his primary parentage of Son and Spirit, is considered the “Word of God.” Much of that is in the judgment of the realms. The judgment process on this occasion as mentioned before started with the visit of the Creator Son 2000 years ago. I am the chief judge at this time, for most of the citizens of the planet, and some of it is true judgment, as you know it legally on the planet. My staff runs courts under my jurisdiction.

However, much of this judgment is for most citizens of the planet, a case of sorting, a natural physical law case, in which an being cannot live on a planet, or realm higher than his evolvement, and those that can’t cut the mustard of the New Earth simply do not survive, and move on to where they do belong. As you have been repeatedly told in various sources, there is a new planet that has been readied, in a different Universe, for these ones. This is a younger universe than Nebadon, less advanced. All of Nebadon is moving upwards at this time, and there is no suitable planet for certain of these ones within Nebadon. Another universe needs the experience of working with these recalcitrant types.

I won’t name that universe at this time, but it is “nearby” Nebadon. So this is primarily a “sorting” by natural law, of nature. Some really BBB&G’s will face their demise, or be put on another prison planet. Even the new planet, is a prison planet in the sense that the peoples who are peopling it, don’t have space travel, so they are pretty stuck with each other.

On planets with space travel capabilities, those that are mistreated often pack their bags and leave, if they find they can’t resolve issues in their place. Also, these planets, should they experience over population, may journey to find a similar planet of vibration and settle upon it. And you have in your history on this planet peoples who have come from elsewhere and colonized themselves here. There are strict rules in place for how evolving primitive peoples are to be treated, meaning for the most part, they must choose an area in which primitive man does not reside.

They are not to enslave the developing creatures, and we have considerably changed the rules now in Orvonton, that if this occurs, these people will face some very severe consequences, which can include what happened in Sodom and Gomorrah long ago. That was a den of thieves in the very lowest of degradation. Now they can be this way with themselves, but once they expand and entrap others, the Universe may request permission to destroy them. And this permission can include the use of beam weaponry that destroys soul matrix. This is used under the utmost caution.

Your biblical story is true to a large degree on that place. Lot and his family were amongst the few that were given advice to leave that place. But it was not a destructive angry “God” that carried out the punishment; it was by order of official bearing from Nebadon. The Urantia Book states that it was a wholly natural event, it was in a sense, the carrying out of natural law, using “natural” weapons. It came out of the judicial process of the higher courts of Nebadon, and with the approval of the SuperUniverse Courts. It was a nasty place indeed.

So I lead up the current judgment of the realm, the Magisterial Mission job at hand in these times. It is not only for the people incarnate, but also angels and others in your Other Side. We are also awakening the sleeping survivors, which have not been sleeping in the sense of sleep. These are the ones who continue their incarnation journeys, without memory. They have received their Adjusters at some point, but are not fused with them, so they continue their incarnation journey unaware of this. They are survivors, because they came out of a group soul box in some manner demonstrating the use of mind and will together, and earned an Adjuster for that, but before they can fuse, they have to undertake a long journey of learning, which in a backward planet like this one, consumes a great deal of time.

How are we awakening them? Through the teaching primarily. And they are then sorted. And in this there is renewed contact with the Mansion World schools, which take an active part now, in the night preparations of these ones. They have not in general made the best of progress, because of the planets higher beings participating in the rebellion against God, mostly Descending Sons. And then in addition, there was the capture of the planet by negative space beings, the Anunnaki and Anchara.

In the overcoming of the widespread rebellion not only in the higher realms but of space creatures, which abused heavily, changes have been made in just how and when a planet may enter a space age. It must grow up first. This has not been an issue in times past, but became so in Orvonton eons ago, as dark side brothers created artificial life forms with no God connection whatsoever.

And these of course, are and will continue to be uncreated. Such as the Animus, now uncreated by particle beam weaponry. They had no soul matrix, but they did have intelligence, and life plasma, and this was destroyed. There is no reincarnation possible by these ones, their place is found no more.

Now the stories of being written into the Book of Life, involves in reality the fusion with the Thought Adjuster, your God Fragment. This guarantees the Eternal Journey; you have a registered “ID” so to speak. Some are going to loose that, that fell from goodness and did not recover it. Their memories are destroyed, but the spirit of life not, so they start anew.

Essentially the Adjuster stores the memory. There is more than the Adjuster to Soul Matrix, it has several parts, but the memory systems, banks, if you will, will be lost to them, and they shall not know who they are. Essentially these ones are starting over, and that is the case with many going to the new planet. This has been spoken of. In some, the memory erasing will be less than complete, to allow the retention of that which is of God, and merely the sad memories removed. Others get it all washed out. It is situational.

And some as you have heard get a trip to the void planet, there is only one in Nebadon, and I will leave the description of that place in the capable hands of Maitreya, The Coming Buddha, who earned his way out of that place. It is a place of rehabilitation, and the memories are not removed. For some, in a way, Urantia has been a void planet in a sense, but the void planet has a different polarity. As part of this, there is no reproduction, nor death, nor time upon it.

The sorting to the new planet has been most occurring upon the death of the body of the individual. Some have gone in body, to prepare the place. This is not a full evolutionary planet. It has been seeded for the purpose of the transfer. It is smaller than Urantia in size. There are folks from other places who have peopled it a bit, and this planet is not starting out, with its inhabitants in the cave man stage as you would visualize it, but neither does it have machine age technology either. It has had horses and other animals placed upon it some time ago, so that they have had time to adjust. It is for the maturation of the souls going there, and not for the creation of new souls such as was the purpose of Urantia. And that will remain its purpose, in terms of the life forms here. It can ascend into Light and Life.

Shekhmet has undertaken the restoral of the DNA progression upon Urantia, repairing the “holes” in the progression, which have been lost from the battles and other unfortunate occurrences. This planet was once at a higher vibration than now, but never at 5.0. It fell down to essentially around 1.0, a very tragic circumstance. And of course this had much to do with both the various rebellions, over control by enslaving forces, and the creation of making this the jail planet for the galactic dark brothers who did overdo very much the concept of free will in the negative manner.

Now, since I have nearly finished my down stepping, I will be a physical person of this realm. As such, I also require a Thought Adjuster, just the Michael did 2000 years ago, and currently has for this incarnation mission of his. He has informed you he has the same one. My adjuster is an advanced experienced adjuster who gives its services for Magisterial Missions. This Adjuster is what enables me, while incarnate to commune with Havona, and the Paradise Isle entities necessary to the Magisterial Incarnated Mission, which is to be shortly announced.

Without this, I would be at a handicap, in a way similarly to you in your dense bodies you occupy at this time. I have had the comfort of this Adjuster for all incarnate missions, including the Bestowal Mission. He and I are old friends, and it is the Adjuster than supplies the memories of my past experiences of being incarnate while I am again incarnate, and as above enables my constant contact with Paradise. But in many ways, I will truly resemble you of the realm now, but of course, this body, will actually, it is 4D and you are now a 4D realm. In the likeness of the beings of the realm, you.

Now another topic, that of moving into Light and Life. When you are in Light and Life, you become more responsible for your own affairs, and the higher personages from the higher realms become gradually less involved in your growth, because you have learned to run your own show for the most part. You are a fully Galactic Planet, and take on Universal chores as you become skilled to do so. The Teachers Sons leave. You communicate with assorted “space commands and centers” according to your growth. You are Christ Conscious; you have become a higher people, your interest expanded to ideas beyond your planet.

Time dissolves in a sense, because you have moved out of the duality of the planets beneath you. You still measure “time” for a long time, because of course, you continue to make an annual trip around your sun. But mentally you extend time, living better in the Now, knowing that all of what you are, as an individual, and a planetary society, are the some total of all you have through.

Your spiritual skills continue to increase. Spiritual skills include driving your own car with responsibility, and you have learned how to function well in group responsibility, the Two or More in My Name concept. And AbundantHope will encourage that concept, as you have seen somewhat to date, in designing your missions, and bringing appropriate people into them, who share in your mission and can make it happen together. If you bring in individuals that prove to not the see the mission and cooperation needed, you will show them the door. New Agers, you must move beyond, what all of us are calling the “Candle thing.” Spirituality is taking charge for your soul growth, which is about leaning and solving problems in a conscious paying attention way.

The Christ Conscious individual knows he is a “I AM”, and every moment of his current life, is conscious of his driving his car, always in a statement, of I AM THAT I AM. He/She has learned the meditation that allows higher universal contact, and depends on it, and lives gradually more time in that meditative state. This individual is approaching fusion with the Adjuster.

You make your own little universe around you, in your creation. Your projects are your own little universe in a sense in this way. You invite people who can assist you into your universe, and encourage them to be about the building of their own little universe. That is what is meant by being creators. You are your own Gods, who are choosing now, to share in the process for the larger good with others, rather than being separate Gods. Candace knew this; that is behind AbundantHope. I am merely backing her up in this statement.

It is the truth, my friends. Encourage all around you to come into their GodHood, which is truly their Goodness, and building that with others together. We do not do this for you. It is your job to create in life. It is my job again also, since I will shortly be fully “in life” with you. I am the Creator of this Magisterial Mission. I have many co creators, of varying talents associated with me, many incarnate such as you, and many angelics and ascending sons, not incarnate. It is no different, except that mine is a planetary process, with a particular job description.

God does business too my friends, runs a corporation of sorts, but of course way above the denegrative corporations, such as the failed Enron on your plane. The dark always fail. Always. It is only the timing. And they rise and make yet another failure, because they lack in creativity. They just repeat their mistakes, over and over and over, until they come back into the light. The Light makes errors in judgment, and when they see that the error produced the incorrect result, they change the program, rather than repeating the same useless thing over and over, expecting a different result each time.

The dark uses the same methods in creating their failed corporations over and over and over, ad nauseum, and still they do it. Ken Lay was murdered, via beam weaponry in his sleep. He was actually not fully dark, but not as light as he could be. He was beginning to talk; he knew a bit too much. Some of what was behind the talking was to cover his own rear, and some was behind that maybe he should do the right thing. And that was the reason behind his murder, that desire to just maybe do the right thing for a change of pace. My what a realization. So perhaps Ken will now find himself in a bit better place for that.

So what are your tasks during The Magisterial Mission? These would include learning true representative government, which means your representatives actually represent who you are spiritually. The dog and pony show Democratic and Republican parties need to go away, and quickly. You need to totally revamp the voting system into something representative too. And equal vote for everyone, is not representative, because those who are immature should not hold the same power as someone who is.

This Mr. Bush, as you observed if aware, got a good deal of “Christian” vote by his claiming to be a Christian, and over the issues of the likes of stem cells. It is wrong to use stem cells from embryos. They don’t match the genetics of the recipient, and it is wrong to create embryos for anything other than the creation of a human being. And the Christian groups that he parlayed this to, do know this, but they don’t know that this was but a tool.

Your Scientists who are Godly are practicing now the use of the own body’s stem cells that do match, and are for the purpose of healing. It is these natural cells you possess that allow you constant healing from injuries. And it is fine to extract them and build new tissues to assist healing, replace amputated limbs and the like. That is the Godly use of stem cells. But these ones manipulated in the churches have been told by dark pastors, either by intent, or lack of knowledge, that Mr. Bush is a representative of God on Earth. Some are now starting to see.

The advantage of this delayed wait is that ones are waking up and seeing the dog and pony shows before them. And these ones will be more supportive of the Second Coming Event and subsequent processes, because they have seen, awakened to the charades. It will require less “proof” for these ones. Many are preparing fine films that will show the progress of the dark in enslaving, let me rephrase that, attempting to enslave the planet. We are ahead of the game for this. And the planet is not so environmentally dead yet, to require an evacuation. Otherwise, I would not be materializing for this mission, to walk amongst you and with you.

I just thought of something I can relay about myself. As you know, there are different life forms that win the battle on a planet. On the planet that I did both the Magisterial Mission, and the following Bestowal Mission, the forms were not the form on this planet. I was a “dog” person in format on that planet. Now the word Human, is Higher Universal Man. And it doesn’t imply the body type you use here. In fact the body type here, is not totally evolutionary, as you have been informed that your DNA was messed with. Plus you have had peoples of various forms from other planets, including the type you use, and others, who have colonized, or crashed here. And no, those missions were not in the Sirian system that does have “dog” Gods.

The other mission part of the Magisterial Mission is cultural augmentation. This you have seen, since Mozart, and others arrived, and in the arrival of your films, cameras, and other higher technologies. The telephone would be included in this, but most planets have some of these well before the Magisterial Mission, and had the dark not taken up residence in Rome and proclaimed the Pope God’s representative on Earth (Anu’s representative in reality), you would have had the benefit of these technologies, probably starting around 1000 AD.

One more short statement and maybe it is time to let Candace finish her part in this, and get it up. Some of you morn still that we are not quite here. I would like to point out, that I said you might enter Light and Life, in 10 to 200 years, both of which are extremes in my vision. But the Trinity Teacher Sons normally work a planet for 1000 years before Light and Life is established. The Trinity Teachers are the final High Sons from Paradise to work a planet. Now, as you do read in Urantia, and please do read Candace’s suggested material, you are not still ready in many ways for even a Magisterial Mission, which usually precedes the Bestowal Mission, and then comes the Trinity Teacher Son Mission. You are very out of step and worsened in many ways the past 100 years.

So the point is beloveds, the Correcting Time is working grandly. You should not need a 1000 year Trinity Teacher Son mission before you step into Light and Life. Have we all together now, made already an incredibly huge difference by our respective participations in the Correcting Time? Be not worried over a little more time. It is nothing. No, it’s something, because more problems get solved, and you become ahead of schedule some more. Those of you unhappy at the delays because of suffering, Karma is karma, it has to be played out. And many of the suffering, could make a difference, if they would unite better.

After reading the social material in Urantia, in the suggested reading, and other places, you must realize the long evolutionary journey and how it operates. We can’t change the what is of nature and time, and yet, in this correcting we really have made some changes of great importance. Look back on your current lives, no matter your age and see the huge changes occurring. The Correcting Time is working. Salu, Namaste, I AM Monjoronson, and I look forward to my public appearance.

Candace: The suggested readings from The Urantia Book that cover the Magisterial Mission idea, are Paper #20, The Paradise Sons of God, and Paper #52, The Planetary Mortal Epochs. In these, particularly #52, you will get a good general idea of the development of planetary peoples, socially and spiritually. And you will get a good idea of where we aren’t and where we need to go. You will better understand The Correcting Time. You can read The Urantia Book online for free at www.urantia.org.

I also suggest Paper #55, Spheres of Light and Life, which should provide a nice summary also of where we need to go, and what life is like on these advancing cosmic planets. Many of you may be visitors from planets in Light and Life, and this would behind your personal distresses with this planet. I am from a planet long into Light and Life myself, and boy, do I get my periods of homesickness!

For those who are not understanding some of this material in this piece with Monjoronson need to read or re read the previous works. Please do not write me for clarification, because I do not have the time to re teach everything. You are responsible yourselves for your own reading and study.

The Urantia Book does not cover re incarnation, in fact denies it. The purpose of that was to assist in getting the dark side to allow publication, and to protect the peoples from other planets who incarnate here. The dark side goes after those, when they are discovered, and that is the reason for all the burnings at the stake that took place in dark times, and which still occur in various ways now. But re incarnation appears through out it, in other terms, such “as your evolving soul.”

As you read the book, you will find other parts which also seem to not be true or are not presented, and again, it is about protection, and other issues. I was asked recently why the visiting Pleiadians are not covered, and that is for the reasons of the secrecy required at the time.

The Struggle to Recapture our Soul

By Mike Whitney

06/18/06 "Information Clearing House" -- -- George Bush loves being the war president. He loves popping up in Baghdad for a few hours of male camaraderie with the newly-appointed Iraqi Premier al-Maliki or strutting across an aircraft carrier in a tight-fitting flight-suit. He loves showing Papa-Bush that he can stay the course when things get tough and that he won’t squander his “political capital” by “cutting and running”.

But things are going the wrong way in Iraq and, by many accounts, the war is already lost. Conservatives are jumping off the bandwagon faster than liberals and Bush’s approval ratings continue to plummet. Retired General William Odom summarized the Iraq misadventure best when he said, “It is the greatest strategic disaster in US history.”

Bush’s photo-op in Baghdad only proves the wisdom of Odom’s judgment. What looked like a triumphant visit by the Commander-in-Chief to the heart of a war zone, was actually a desperate attempt to garner support for a failed mission.

The details of Bush’s junket are similar to his trip to England last year, when he had to be surrounded by a phalanx of 3,500 fully-armed security guards and paramilitaries who shadowed his every move from the time he touched down until the final lift-off. All the while, a squadron of Apache helicopters and F-16s kept circling overhead to ensure the Dear Leader’s safety. Providing security in Iraq is equally daunting and extreme.

Three years after Bush’s “Mission Accomplished”, the U.S. still does not control one inch of territory beyond the pock-marked parapets and block walls of their Baghdad fortress. Even within the Green Zone, security is so stretched that Bush had to be spirited out of the country a mere 5 hours after his arrival. What does that tell the world about the magnitude of America’s failure?

Bush would never have put himself at risk by driving through the battered landscape of downtown Baghdad. Just like the Iraqi government and the American high-command, his movements were limited to one small dot on the map in central Baghdad; Bush’s citadel of “democracy”.

“My message to the Iraqis is this,” Bush boomed. ” We’re going to help you succeed. My message to the enemy is: Don’t count on us leaving before we succeed. My message to our troops is: We support you 100%. Keep doing what you’re doing. And my message to the critics is: We listen very carefully and adjust, and adjust when we need to adjust.”

Bush’s promises are absurd given the enormity of the catastrophe he has unleashed. By every objective standard, things were better under Saddam.

Never the less, the media gobbled up Bush’s photo-op with their customary zeal. The visit was another successful Karl Rove coup that probably nudged Bush’s approval ratings upward. The pictures of smiley-faced politicians glad-handing and chest-thumping appeared on front pages across the country; adding to the festive atmosphere that began with the killing of terrorist-mastermind Abu al Zarqawi. But the war won’t be won by the White House public relations team. People are less disposed to the garish publicity stunts like Bush’s diversionary trip to Baghdad. The long litany of war crimes is finally wearing away at the fragile American psyche.

Haditha, Falluja, Abu Ghraib; these are the names that are now identified with Iraq and engraved in the public’s consciousness. Their scars are bound to be felt long after the war is over. Brand Bush is now irreversibly linked to criminal renditions, abusive treatment of prisoners, and massive slaughter. Even Rove will have a hard time erasing those unpleasant factoids.

American elites are steadily abandoning their support for the war. This is a significant development that will eventually lead to an American withdrawal. Madeleine Albright, Brent Scowcroft, William F Buckley, Richard Holbrook are just some of the heavy-hitters who now see the futility of pursuing the present policy. President Jimmie Carter’s national security advisor, Zbigniew Brzezinski has been particularly outspoken in his criticism of the war and the failure to provide basic security for the Iraqi people.

In an interview last week on the Jim Lehrer News Hour Brzezinski said that the invasion “was not worth it” and that it was a “major misadventure”.

“This is worse than the bad days of Vietnam…We do not have a free and democratic government that is functioning…The authority we have installed is besieged and relatively helpless, and a civil war is beginning to mushroom, under the occupation which is unable to crush the insurgency, because it is a foreign occupation….We no longer live in an age of colonialism. We no longer have to assume the ‘white man’s burden’ in order to ‘civilize’ others.”

Brzezinski finished the interview by offering a 4-step strategy for withdrawing from Iraq; something that the Democratic leadership needs to do immediately.

1 Talk to the leadership about when to leave.

2 Set a date for withdrawal.

3 Let the government convene a conference of all Iraq’s Muslim neighbors about stabilizing Iraq and helping it to stabilize.

4 “Convene a donor’s conference of interested countries in Europe and the Far East who benefit from Iraqi oil on helping to rehabilitate Iraq. This would allow us to leave and still say that we basically achieved what we wanted—the removal of Saddam—though not providing a secular, stable, united Iraq under a perfect democracy.”

Brzezinski poses realistic solutions for a situation that will progressively deteriorate into anarchy. His analysis cannot be easily dismissed. He is respected among his peers as a hard-edged Machiavellian strategist who is not given to flights of fancy. If he says the war is over, it is not because of some deep sympathy he has for the beleaguered Iraqi people, but because it is “unwinnable” and damaging to America’s long-term interests.

In an earlier interview, Brzezinski articulated his belief that the war has been a “moral setback” for America overshadowing everything else we are doing in the world. He added that if we were unwilling to commit 500,000 troops and $200 billion a year, for an unspecified amount of time then victory would probably not be achievable.

He said, “There comes a point in the life of a nation when such sacrifices are not justified…and only time will tell if the United States is facing a moment of wisdom, or is resigned to cultural decay”.

Brzezinski is right; America is at a crossroads. The “moral squalor” of our political system has never been more evident, and the empty rhetoric of our leaders’ never more vile. It’s more than just a matter of extracting ourselves from the battlefield. Now, it’s a struggle to recapture our soul.

Busted for wearing a peace T-shirt; has this country gone completely insane?

By Mike Ferner
Online Journal Contributing Writer

Jul 5, 2006, 01:49

Friday afternoon, drinking a cup of coffee while sitting in the Jesse Brown V.A. Medical Center on Chicago's south side, a Veterans Administration cop walked up to me and said, "Okay, you've had your 15 minutes, it's time to go."
"Huh?" I asked intelligently, not quite sure what he was talking about.
"You can't be in here protesting," Officer Adkins said, pointing to my Veterans For Peace shirt.
"Well, I'm not protesting, I'm having a cup of coffee," I returned, thinking that logic would convince Adkins to go back to his earlier duties of guarding against serious terrorists.
Flipping his badge open, he said, "No, not with that shirt. You're protesting and you have to go."
Beginning to get his drift, I said firmly, "Not before I finish my coffee."
He insisted that I leave, but still not quite believing my ears, I tried one more approach to reason.
"Hey, listen. I'm a veteran. This is a V.A. facility. I'm sitting here not talking to anybody, having a cup of coffee. I'm not protesting and you can't kick me out."
"You'll either go or we'll arrest you," Adkins threatened.
"Well, you'll just have to arrest me," I said, wondering what strange land I was now living in.
You know the rest. Handcuffed, led away to the facility's security office, past people with surprised looks on their faces, read my rights, searched, and written up.
The officer who did the formalities, Eric Ousley, was professional in his duties. When I asked him if he was a vet, it turned out he had been a hospital corpsman in the Navy. We exchanged a couple sea stories. He uncuffed me early. And he allowed as to how he would only charge me with disorderly conduct, letting me go on charges of criminal trespass and weapons possession -- a pocket knife -- which he said would have to be destroyed (something I rather doubt since it was a nifty Swiss Army knife with not only a bottle opener, but a tweezers and a toothpick).
After informing me I could either pay the $275 fine on the citation or appear in court, Ousley escorted me off the premises, warning me if I returned with "that shirt" on, I'd be arrested and booked into jail.
I'm sure I could go back to officers Adkins' and Ousleys' fiefdom with a shirt that said, "Nuke all the hajis," or "Show us your tits," or any number of truly obscene things and no one would care. Just so it's not "that shirt" again.
And just for the record? I'm not paying the fine. I'll see Adkins and Ousley and Dubya's Director of the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, if he wants to show up, in United States District Court on the appointed date. And if there's a Chicago area attorney who'd like to take the case, I'd really like to sue them -- from Dubya on down. I have to believe that this whole country has not yet gone insane, just the government. This kind of behavior can't be tolerated. It must be challenged.
I was at the Jesse Brown V.A. Medical Center because I'm participating in the Voices for Creative Nonviolence's 30-day, 320-mile "Walk for Justice," from Springfield to North Chicago, Illinois, to reclaim funding for the common good and away from war.

Defendant ATT's Construction of a Call Monitoring Center

[Amended Complaint, pages 24-27.]
[Amended Complaint, pages 24-27.]
Defendant ATT's Construction of a Call Monitoring Center
for the Exclusive Use of the NSA.
81. Within eleven (11) days of the onset of the Bush administration, and at least seven (7) months prior to the attacks of September 11, 2001, defendant ATT began development of a center for monitoring long distance calls and internet transmissions and other digital information for the exclusive use of the NSA.
82. The center was put into development by ATT following a proposal by the NSA for the construction and development of a network operations center identical to ATT's own network operations center located in Bedminster, New Jersey for the exclusive use of the NSA.
83. The NSA proposal was accepted by the ATT sales division and referred to ATT Solutions, an ATT project development division situated in Florham Park, New Jersey.
84. The NSA proposal sought construction of a duplicate ATT Network Operations Center for the exclusive use of the NSA with the capacity to monitor all calls and internet traffic placed on the ATT long distance network, as well as ATT's wide area, fiber optic, T-1, T-3, T-5 and high speed data networks.
85. Such a data center would also enable the NSA to tap into any call placed on the ATT network and to monitor the contents of all digital information transmitted over the ATT network.
86. The project was described in the ATT sales division documents as calling for the construction of a facility to store and retain data gathered by the NSA from its domestic and foreign intelligence operations but was to be in actuality a duplicate ATT Network Operations Center for the use and possession of the NSA that would give the NSA direct, unlimited, unrestricted and unfettered access to all call information and internet and digital traffic on ATT's long distance networks.
87. Said data center would enable the NSA to tap into any phone line and to monitor any digital transfer of information on ATT's networks including voice telephone calls, facsimile transmission and all internet traffic.
88. Such project was in development not later than February 1, 2001, within eleven (11) days of the onset of the Bush Administration.
89. The NSA program was initially conceived at least one year prior to 2001 but had been called off; it was reinstated within 11 days of the entry into office of defendant George W. Bush.
90. The NSA program was code-named Pioneer-Groundbreaker and was also known at ATT Solutions division as GEMS (Groundbreaker Enterprise System).
91. International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) was one of the parties working with ATT and the NSA to develop the monitoring center and IBM personnel participated in meetings with ATT and NSA officials in the development of the monitoring center.
92. Among the purposes of the Pioneer-Groundbreaker project was the storing and monitoring of all phone call information coming across ATT's networks; by means of this program NSA sought to duplicate all of the phone call information that came across ATT's networks for real time, contemporaneous analysis or, alternately, for downloading and later use by the NSA.
93. The proposed project was to be a storage entity modeled on ATT's network operations center in Bedminster, New Jersey, and would have the capability to monitor all data and traffic that came across ATT lines, including ATT traffic and traffic originating from other carriers that used ATT lines or that sent calls to ATT customers.
94. The NSA was seeking to duplicate the ATT network operations center and sought by means of the Pioneer-Groundbreaker program the ability to monitor all traffic coming across ATT's network.
95. The contact list for the Pioneer-Groundbreaker project consisted of a minimum of 35 ATT employees dedicated in whole or in part to the Pioneer-Groundbreaker program.
96. An ATT Solutions logbook reviewed by counsel confirms the Pioneer-Groundbreaker project start date of February 1, 2001.
97. The ATT Solutions logbook confirms the dates and transmissions of copies of ATT, IBM and NSA e-mails setting forth the existence of the Pioneer-Groundbreaker program; said e-mails remain in the custody, possession and control of ATT, IBM and NSA.
98. Said logbook was maintained pursuant to ATT Solutions policy in the regular course of business by telecom engineers at ATT Solutions.
99. Counsel have been informed of the foregoing information by several informants who had direct knowledge or who have received direct admissions by ATT personnel as to the foregoing facts.
100. ATT has not denied any of the allegations in the media disclosures of May 11, 2006.
101. Accordingly, defendant carrier ATT was engaged in active and knowing participation and conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C. 2702, et seq., in concert with the United States not later than February 1, 2001.
